The belt adjusts to three sizes and although mine should have fit, it didn't. You must also join the two pieces with a screw. The screw holes were stripped out in large numbers. You won't get a return on your investment.
If there are no tray ledges to slide into, this will not work
The fit is perfect
You need to measure where your tray was so you can choose the one that has that measurement inside you measure across, then I decide on the back of your grill where the trace should be to get the length that you need you need to measure the length from the front to the back of your grill.

The edges of my box were bent upon arrival. The pliers were easy to use for straightening out these. without any issues and the tray is sturdy enough to withstand a lot of weight. There's nothing good about the greasy tray system. As well as my propane tank, my grease tray is located in the middle of my grill. The tray sits on top of the tank, as you can see in the photo. As I squeezed the hooks that hold the tray in place, I closed them with pliers. The tray no longer falls off the hooks, which is an annoying problem. The tray was then lined with aluminum foil so it would be easy to clean. Until the rest of the grill rusts out in about another year, this will keep it usable.
The price of admission in this life is yours to pay. It didn't line up with what was advertised, and it is made of very cheap materials.
In the end, this two piece adjustable was all we had. It was narrowed to the widest width possible, so it is very thin. A very thin piece of metal, so I wouldn't expect it to last too long. Sanded and painted over the galvanizing with high heat grill paint, hoping it will last. Cost is too high.
When assembled, it is at its maximum size and the steel tray is durable. The original tray is made of about the same gauge of metal as this one. Assembling it took me about 5 minutes, and the tray even has threaded inserts for the screws - but I'd suggest using a phillips screwdriver to make sure it's securely in place instead of the small screwdriver I received. I find this replacement drip tray to be of good quality.
I had to replace my drip pan (as well as the heat shields and grates) in about 2 years like every other individual who has bought a Dyna Glo grill. I ordered the larger of the two pans to fit my 4 burner grill, and it fit snugly without needing to expand it at all. Packaged poorly, it is not the most attractive I had bent corners on mine. With pliers, you can easily fix the problem. A second problem is that it doesn't fit together well. The gap on one side was perfect, but the other side was a bit wider. The cosmetics are not a big deal since it's a drip tray but it's disappointing nonetheless. It is less convenient, but not a deal breaker, that the grease catch is positioned 90 degrees from the Dyna Glo. As a result of the countersunk features being drawn too deep for the steel used, a crack or tear appears at the hole's edge. For what it's intended to do, it's not a big deal, but it makes me wonder how quality is being conveyed. Furthermore, I installed button head screws on the outer countersunk M4 Since the steel is just galvanized like the original, it will likely corrode as quickly if you choose to do nothing about it. After painting all of the parts several times with high-heat paint, I sealed with clear gloss sealant. During and after the assembly process, you will be required to do this twice. My hope is to get two more years of use out of the grill (particularly with the new grates and shields). It is yet to be seen how well this will hold.
It has been a while since we measured! This product appears sturdy, and it looks like it could last for years if it fits correctly. nuts to connect it. But when both sides are connected the tray loses 3/4 of an inch, so I've got to fabricate some sort of ledge so I can use it for the barbecue on July 4th. I would return it if I had more time. So account for the loss in length while you have the tray assembled when you buy the largest tray, since you can shorten it easily after installing the tray. My heart is broken right now, what a waste!.
I have a Kenmore 5 that has a grease tray My burner grill fell apart from rust. The OEM replacement from Sears Appliance Parts was outrageously expensive at approximately $220. All it is is a sheet of metal with a hole in the center so the drippings can collect. I bought this grease tray for about $40 and it appears to work well. It was easy to assemble on its own. There are no instructions included, but you can figure it out on your own. It includes a small rectangular cup that clips to the underside of the tray to catch grease dripping, but the guides attaching it to the tray are flimsy and spaced too far apart, so the cup keeps The cup has been held firmly in place so far after I bent the cups inward a bit.
This grease tray is a good replacement. Several rust spots were found on the tray that came with the grill. I am pleased to see that the replacement tray appears to be made of rust-proof material, and expect to continue using this grill for many years to come. We were thoroughly satisfied with the products, the price was fair, and the delivery was on time. Well done. Previously, it had not been expected to arrive so soon. Neither the product nor the seller is a bad choice.
