Why not just use aluminum foil instead? If you're the consumer, I urge you to ask yourself this question. In response to your question, the While it may be possible to use another drip try, this one is specifically designed for the Ironwood 650 and I get about 3 to 4 messages per day There is a limit of 4 smokes per tray before the drip tray needs to be replaced. The installation was easy and the clean up was easy.
Traeger clean up is a snap thanks to this. The Trager is protected against being dirty from the very beginning. I find this to be less expensive here than at the big box store, and I can get it delivered. I was pleased with how well they were.
The cost of these trays is DOUBLE their original price at present. These trays are great. However, it would be wise to hold out (use heavy duty aluminium foil in the meantime) until the price of these trays on Amazon falls to their original price of $14. For (5) trays, you'll pay 99 cents. It is ridiculous to pay $30 for outside sellers at the present time.
The ironwood 650 is perfectly suited to them. In the event of dirt, you dispose of it and replace it. It's not difficult at all. Buy locally for a cheaper price.
It should be used instead of the drip tray to reduce smudges. It's easy to simply throw out after a few uses and put a new one in.
You can do it a lot quicker than using.
Labels are glued so tightly down that attempting to peel them away causes one sheet to be destroyed.
