As far as fading goes, the quality is very poor. The cover is less than eleven months old, resides in a northerly climate, and the sun has caused extensive fading. The second one I bought has suffered this fate in less than a year, and it had minimal sun exposure before this. I have updated The first thing I did when contacting Weber to ask whether it was a genuine Weber cover was send these pictures, and they immediately sent a replacement copy.
