Questions & Answers

It appears to be a single piece cover. Can the smoker box section be purchased separately. It looks like a two piece set, but what is its size? There is a smoker box on the left rather than the right side of the grill. ?

I also have the fire box on the left of my smoker. Would you mind telling us where you purchased the cover and how it fits you? realize that I should be able to flip it around for it to fit, but I am not sure that the smokes would be exact mirror images of one another.

Do you have a model number for the Longhorn Charcoal/Gas Smoker and Grill ?

The same question has also come to mind for me. I just got the 15202029, and the smoke stack is at the MIDDLE of the page. The cover on this grill looks like it is meant to be used with the smoke stack attached to the end. Can anyone tell me if they have the 15202029 and this cover? In the case that this cover will not work with this model, which one will?

It is rather a smoke stack with a diameter of around 100 meters. This is my old country, and it is eight inches in circumference ?

Besides having a six-inch diameter smoke stack, this Highland Offset Smoker Cover has an eight-inch diameter pane of glass.

Is this going to fit a ?

a longhorn and based on its dimensions, I think it would fit, but I'm not certain it would hang over it tightly.

There is a smokestack cover fitted on it, which is nice
3/5

There is a smokestack cover fitted on it, which is nice. However, the quality is not up to expectations when it comes to getting a cover that will last. There was no lasting impact on this one. Because there is nothing to hold it on, it has been blown off a number of times by After it blew off while I was away from my house over the weekend, I ripped it. My cover has been with me for just a little over a year now. We do not know of any other options to fit our smoker as well as this one. Of course I will order another. If it was a bit thicker and had some kind of ties to hold it up, that would be great. Please see the image I have attached to demonstrate how well it has held up over the past year (we have good habits of taking.

I've never thought of it this way Several years ago, I ordered this cover from Amazon, and the old one is faded and worn out
3/5

Logging onto my account, I saw the following. Having pulled my order from the previous cover, I clicked on that order and it looked like it was revoked It is the same grill cover that I ordered. There is no comparison between that which arrived today to what left. It is the same brand, it is the same size, but it is nowhere near as good as Considering how thin this material is, I don't expect this one to last much past summer, which just feels like a ridiculous waste of money If, after seeing the cover, it turns out to be better than I thought, I will come back and modify my review, but my reaction right out of the box was extremely dissatisfied with what I saw. We will have to wait and see. A DATE UPDATED That's what I meant. Even though the cover is much lighter and thinner than the old one, it is holding up just fine after two years.

The hairs fall out within one month
3/5

That is if it has not already flown off! Cover for this grill is made of this material. It does not have Velcro or bands to keep it in place around the grill. In order for the cover not to fly away in the wind, I have to put weight on it. I do not like the fact that it fades in the sun like cheap fabric. You can see a picture of fading after 5 weeks in the link below. Comparing it to the Webber cover in the picture that I've had for three years, the quality here is very poor. I've got to point out that the cheese burger looks white in this photograph. This kind of low-quality item should come with the grill. This was an extremely unsatisfactory experience for the customer.

Are there any second-quality products? Having an Oklahoma Joe's smoker for nine years, we have been disappointed by the quality of the covers
3/5

The actual smoker is good but covers are terrible. Our cover should last us for at least 12 months before it starts to tear. The grill cover, however, starts fading in the sun almost immediately, making it an eyesore even after We received a cover with a defect on the logo this time. This seems like a nitpicky complaint, but if I have to spend thirty plus dollars every ten minutes it becomes a bit too much By the end of the year, I should at least be able to print my logo properly.

The quality is not up to par
3/5

In a perfect world, my rating would be five stars if this cover had the same quality as the smoker it is designed to fit. Does not last long, fades readily, tears shortly after fading, and is not very This is my second cover I am about to chuck. In the beginning, I thought the first one was just a dud because duds occur, but it appears not to This grill cover fits and is heavy, but it does not last more than a year before it falls apart. The grill covers I have for my Weber grills last for years without breaking down. As with Weber, Oklahoma Joe should have a cover that fits like the one they provide, but is made from different material that will last for years, like the one they provide.

Workmanship was substandard and customer service was awful
3/5

I only noticed the stitching was coming apart on the grill cover two days after I returned the product to Amazon. This was only the second day it had been on my grill! As a result, I begun trying to contact "Oklahoma Joe's", via telephone and email, since I can no longer return it to Amazon. The voice mail told me each and every time I called "Oklahoma Joe's" that there was a 30 minute wait. Mind you, I called multiple times and at different When I tried to reach them by phone, I held for an average of 45 minutes and then the line would disconnect. I sent them emails asking for assistance, but I never received anything other than an automated reply that my submission was received and that someone would contact The least I can say is that I'm not happy!.

This works for a short time, but it does not last long
3/5

I loved the fit and the appearance when it was It looked to be of good quality and heavy-duty. There was a high wind when the issues began. As soon as I secured the Velcro tightening straps, they began to rip off in the wind where they were sewn to the main cover. Occasionally, I noticed that the cover would blow completely off the grill if I didn't use it. I discovered with my second purchase that over time, there are large holes in the cover that are opening more and more with each removal. They are not able to be used because they are ready to snap As a result, some parts of the material are brittle, and other parts are soft and malleable. In addition, the logo is starting to peel off Despite the fact that I don't particularly care for it, it speaks to the durability of the piece and adds to the aged feel. I don't have an awning on my grill, and it doesn't get too much use - but it's not under an awning. The summer and fall may involve just one outing per week.

Overall, I think the cover does okay for 1 My current one has been around for 2 years, and I'm not sure what else I can do except try it Even before the holes formed, it did a good job of protecting the finish of the grill and keeping the interior dry, even after a long period.

It fits Brinkmann Trailmaster well and is of good quality
4/5

I've had it since 2014 and it lasted for a pretty good 4 years with no issues. I could add that it has spent 4 years in the coastal South Carolina sun and rain (as well as one mild hurricane), and the top is just now starting to show signs of wear. I don't think any of the store-bought ones I have had in the past would still be going strong in that condition, and some likely wouldn't even survive As a result of this review, I plan to purchase a second one.
