While it is a bit pricey, it is well worth the price. There is an old saying that goes something like this Pay what you want and you'll get what you want. Charcoal used in this way will blow you away if you're used to normal charcoal. Having done a lot of research, this is what I chose to cook our turkey for Thanksgiving. We grilled the hallowed bird of thanks for the first time this year, and it turned out amazing! We used a charcoal chimney to get the flame going, so there was no fluid or chemical taste left on the meat, instead a delicious, slow-cooked flavor. The taste is roasted but smoky. In addition to adding briquettes as needed, we kept a close eye on the grill temperature. This happened maybe twice after the first lot. There is a significant difference in burning time between standard charcoal and this I am really impressed with this product and it will be hard for me to go back to my old soak-method of creating skin cells In conjunction with It does not matter if it is fluid or light-based In the - This is the bag style charcoal we are familiar with.
When needed, a great deal of heat is produced. To date, I have been using lump charcoal purchased from the store. One of the bags I tried came from Viva Pancho after reading about it. It's amazing what a difference there is. The price you pay is the price you get! For the first time, I seared steaks with it. The situation is much better now than it was. After reading this, I found out you can regulate the heat better with premium lumps. I gave it a try the next night, and the results were awesome. I have a hard time keeping the temperature down when I use cheaper materials. The lumps of Pancho are not for you. This allows you to set the temperatures you want very easily. The deal is done for me. see that the bottom of the bag does not contain a lot of dust and small bits of debris. It's such a difference from cheaper lumps in which you pay for a lot of dust and nothingness. My fandom has grown since then.
Approximately 7 pounds) for Thanksgiving and Christmas We enjoyed the flavor of the thigh quarter and thigh end, it took just over an hour to cook The whole process takes about an hour and a half For the breast quarter, there is a I like the charcoal way and it tastes really good The bird was still hot after it had been cooked. The beef burgers were cooked in a mixture of hardwood charcoal and some of the beef jerky. There are chickens. I recommend this set of grilling pieces if you are grilling for a small group. The pieces are good for a variety of grilling needs.
This is what I buy, and this is all I buy. Do you love the flavor of mesquite? This is the product to buy.
The pieces are large enough for my BGE, so it was easy to use. A few of them went in with my BGE Lump coal to create.
There are some larger chunks of real Mesquite, but you may have to break them down.
It worked pretty well. The coal lasted for a long time.
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
