This inverter was packaged extremely well and arrived in perfect condition. The inverter is well constructed and performs admirably. We use it to power our small campground with solar, generators, and batteries. We haven't pushed it close to the 4000 watt rating, but we have definitely pulled as much as 2800 watts from time to time, and the unit has worked flawlessly with no issues. The fan runs occasionally and is a little noisy, but we have the unit outside in our battery cabinet, so that isn't an issue. This book comes highly recommended.
