Product Description

It replaces the home transfer switch or the house panel on generators with L14 20A to L14 30A adapters.

A 4-prong 20 AMP locking male plug from a generator L14-20. The Generator L14-30 comes with a female 4 prong 30 AMP locking

Copper terminal with electroplate is molded in order to prevent surface oxidation.

Adapter AC power 14.5V to 30R 125W to 2500W 250W to 5000W. The UL & cUL standards must be used to test the electrical function.

Round 1-piece generator plug with a 100% copper conductor inside. The plug is lighted in yellow.

I should be able to get what I want out of it. A new generator that uses L14- has just been purchased by me A 30 plug would be nice, since my old one used a 14-pin plug In the event of power outages, I plan to use our old generator to power our house, and our new one to power our well, however I can still use the new one in the event that the old one cannot be used. While I hope I don't have to use the feature, I want it to exist after the fires this summer.

The generator had a 20amp outlet and supply, so it was not an issue. I used the adaptor with a 30amp power cord attached to my generator, and it worked perfectly.

It adopts a 30 amp cable instead of a 20 amp My generator is an older 20 amp model, but I plan to upgrade next year, so I bought 30 amp cords and manual transfer cables
