Product Description

In order to install, you need a hole measuring 27mm in diameter or 1-1/16 to 1-1/8 inches in diameter. The hole can also be enlarged by filing it after it has been cut with a 1 inch hole saw.

The male garden hose fitting and the brass garden hose cap are made of brass

Do you know if this will work on a 5 gallon ?

You already know that the radius for a 5 gallon barrel is smaller than a 10 gallon barrel, but there is enough length on the brass bushing to make a good seal or even to use a bit of silicone caulking.

What if I want to use it on a bucket for a horse's water?

The raid barrel is what I used it on. Not sure what a horse has to do with any of this?

Can you tell me how big the hole needs to be?

I need a 27mm diameter or 1-inch thread, but the outside of the hose is male 3/4" Garden Hose thread. A fraction of a cent to a penny There should be an opening of 1/8 inch for installation. I appreciate it

The overflow outlet on my rain barrel serves as an overflow port. There was no problem with it. The only tools I needed were a step bit (or any bit that is the right size for the material you're going through) and a few There has been plenty of rain to test it out and no leaks have been noticed. It can be connected to a standard US garden hose. The same brand previously gave me an outstanding rain barrel faucet. In light of that, I decided to purchase another one of its kinds.
