High-quality solid brass bulkhead fitting with spigots on both ends, screwed all the way along the 1-1/8 inch internal thread. Right-angle rotating heavy-duty 1-1/8-inch solid brass ball valve with no kinks.

Brass bulkhead fittings can be installed in two ways: from the front or from the back.

Applicable scenarios: Bulkhead fittings must be installed with 1-inch diameter holes, which are appropriate for walls with a thickness of no more than one inch. 3 inches.

For installation, you'll need an electric drill, a 1-1/8-inch hole saw, and a pipe wrench or an adjustable wrench.

It simply cannot keep up with the amount of water that enters the barrel. This is a very small roofline, so it shouldn't be a problem for the valve. It does, however.

It works well, but if you're using it in a round barrel, you'll need to add some epoxy or caulk, even if you're using o-rings. It's not sealing the ring.

This is the right stuff. I went out and bought the second one. A quarter-turn valve is required for a thin-walled pipe. a rain barrel with a wall made of plastic.
