The unit was purchased in June 2020, and so far it has appeared to do what it is supposed to do, and nothing it isn't supposed to do. So far, no leaks have been detected when the valves are closed or when the coupling is engaged. There's no doubt that it's a well-made instrument, so we hope it will continue to do its job well. Splitter is quite compact, so you can fit it in a small space. Stubble is a good name for it. Although it is shorter than a dollar bill, it has the same value. They're a little more difficult to operate than I thought they would be when I first got them, but I think they've gotten a bit softer A little tight is also the place where it attaches to the spigot, but the oversized coupler helps with this issue. As a matter of fact, I now have a second one installed in my other spigot, though I haven't yet used it.

In our garage, I used this to split the water line between the washing machine and the refrigerator. Approximately a month after purchasing the product, the top connector broke. We were at a time when it happened, so the garage was flooded to the point of total destruction. There were a lot of boxes soaked in the garage, along with their contents. In addition, some of the contents were irrecoverable (especially pictures. an ineffectively designed or poorly crafted product! It is better to buy a better product instead of this I especially like the connector on the top! Don't let the headache get you down!.

When first frozen, it ruptured between the plastic and metal, causing a great deal of water to spray overnight, until I discovered it the next morning. The source faucet was full, and one side was connected to my RV but not flowing, therefore under pressure, and the side that broke was closed, so under full pressure at the splitter, but I see no reason why this should be a cause for failure, simply another instance of substandard materials.

In the above picture I have the third one of the three that come with it. There is no problem with the seal, it's just that it is made in a very cheap manner. And just in case you were wondering, the other end of the hose was wide open and spilling water it's not as if it was being squeezed at all back there. During this time, none of my hoses has ever leaked back at this.

Hose connectors were correct, but threads connecting the splitter to the house were not standard. Unlike standard hose connectors, these do not fit into any standard size. A full refund will be given for returned products. Do you belong to an unlucky.

The machine broke. The design is poor. Buying is not a good idea. As the splitter already broke, this purchase is meant to be a waste of money. The hose connector on the female end of the hose started leaking, then it completely broke off showing the very thin metal underneath. This was a surprise to me since I purchased a metal splitter just for that reason.
