A peat pellet is a compressed form of peat moss which, once exposed to water, expands into soft, pucks of wet peat, held together by a net. This creates a self-contained container for growing things. This is an ideal solution for growers who want to run a clean seedling system since it's less messy than using a bag of dirt.
