Hey, thank you very much for asking. Depending on the seed, some will grow in microgreens while others will grow in sprouts. When I refer to microgreens, I am defining it as the growing of a seed to the point where it has its first set of leaves. * The alfalfa does better as a sprout it becomes bitter if left in the ground longer than Up until 10 days after planting, red clover is fine after that, it begins to taste Beans do not grow well as microgreens they should be consumed after sprouting for about a day or two, but not for more than five days, otherwise they will become bitter and chewy. As a microgreen, radish does well Using broccoli as a microgreen is quite successful It takes about 10 days for mung and adzuki to grow into shoots It is best to consume hulled sunflower seeds within a period of 2 to 3 days. It was my intention to put together this variety of seed mixes to be used as sprouts. Although some of the seeds can be grown into microgreens, my main goal was for the seeds to be used as sprouts. I hope that helps clarify the situation. Rita from Sprout Lady, thank you so much
You can grow it in a mason jar according to the instructions, if I remember correctly. You can also find several websites that provide information on the packages and a
Wheat is one of the ingredients in one of the mixtures. The only barley and rye I have seen are a few buckwheat plants

The product claims to be a sampler, but there are more sprouts than you might expect. Despite being new to sprout cultivation, I decided to pick up this sampler because I had no idea what I liked for sprouts, and it was organic and gluten-free. Genetically modified organisms. My sprout tray is set up and I have just started sprouting. You can combine so many different elements I think you've almost got I was hoping to find one zesty mix made with hot and spicy ingredients, but I was disappointed since there wasn't one. There may not be such a thing as sprouts? Here are a few facts I have learned about sprouts that might help This is *1/1. You will see the outer skins lifting off after a few days in a little cup of warm water that has been left behind. Place about one tablespoon of the seeds in the cup of warm water. Let them stay for a day or two. * ** 2. Make sure they are in a container that you can easily water twice a day and drain the water out of. It's important that they don't either drown or run out of water. 1. 2. 3. You should not place them in direct sunlight, but you should at least keep them at In the summer, you don't want your gardeners to cook in the sun or freeze. 4 *br Using this sampler is a great way to try out different varieties regardless of whether you have multiple containers. Make sure they are staggered by a day or two so that you don't have multiple crops maturing at the same time. Harvest them by removing them from the growing container, rinsing them, and placing them in a Ziploc bag and putting them in the refrigerator as soon as they are mature. At least three to four days will pass before they stop. 6 *. I have learned that there is more to sprouting than I originally thought. I used to soak a lot of seeds and grow a lot of sprouts that matured all at once or grew too large resulting in baby plants. It is possible to grow sprouts all year long, but I found that starting early in the year gave me fresh greens daily and something to look forward to during the winter months when little is growing outside. Furthermore, kids are fascinated by sprouting and it allows them to try something new and healthy. Thanks for reading. If I've been helpful to you in any way, please press the button and tell me. I've bought sprouts from other suppliers and they sprout very fast. In the future, I will be buying more from The Sprout House after testing these samples. The rate of germination was very high. The fact that these are organic is also a plus. Sprout House is awesome. Thanks a bunch.
Because I didn't know what else to buy, I bought these sprouting seeds since I have never grown sprouts before. I am amazed! It has been very easy to grow sprouts from these seeds, and I was able to grow more than I thought was possible. My last purchase of sprouts from the store was five years ago. As well as the sprout seeds, I adore the selection. Now that I have used my four tiered sprouter twice successfully, I would like to hear what you think. My favorite part of the seed catalog is looking at all the different varieties and deciding This is a product I will buy again without any doubt. About $17 seems to be what I paid. I paid $ 20 for this variety pack and I got a ton I will have to go through them all after I've finished writing this. As well as that, they are growing like weeds.
The packages are packed full of seed and the entire thing is a nice weight when it's all said and done.
I was filled with wonderful and tasty sprouts in less than 4 days. Honestly, I give this product a perfect 5 out of 5!.
It is easy to use and convenient, and we are looking forward to trying it out on our own. Consequently, I decided we might give it a try to have some alfalfa sprouts to throw on our meals, but mostly to offer as a nutrient dense treat to our chickens and livestock. We began receiving inquiries about purchasing our products to use as treats for their livestock as soon as friends learned that we were growing them. A lot of people can do it because it's so easy. Besides, everyone will think you are the science guy Bill Nye with your own garden. It takes us only a few minutes to rinse and drain the sprouts twice a day since we use quart size mason jars. We replaced the metal seal with window screen so we can easily drain and rinse them. Please note Disclaimer As soon as you get bored, let the project slip for days, or fail to rinse your sprouts, you will end up with a mouldy gross jar that no one will You should set a reminder to rinse them so they will not get ruined!.
The sprouting jars (link below) should be placed on stands that allow them to drain excess water and keep them at an angle. In the second link below, you can find the stands I use. If you place them in a drip tray or even on a plate, they will keep the excess water from draining all over your counters. It is important to rinse (I do not always use filtered water to just rinse them) every few hours until you see a sprout (tail). We may need a few days or a couple of weeks to complete. You put them in a rectangular tray (I added a photo) with organic potting soil. Once they sprout (tail appears) you throw them in a rectangular tray with a little bit of organic potting soil. As a final touch, sprinkle them with a thin layer of soil. In a single tray, you can fill it with a dense layer of seeds--not just a pile--but a layer that is solid and tight. They do not need to be separated in any way. Maintain moisture in the soil with a spray bottle, and cover the tray loosely with the tray lid until the green growth is tall enough for it to support. You should plant them on the south side of your house in a window for optimal light, and you should begin to eat them when the leaves begin to form at the top or when they exceed 7 inches tall! It doesn't matter what you put them on top of. The quality is good, I promise you). Micro greens offer an incredible amount of health benefits, so take the time to learn all there is to know about them
