Although I am a farmer and I am able to point to scientific studies, it is my experience that a lot of people who are sensitive to wheat can use alfalfa and clover instead. It is still possible that they contain gluten in some form, just not in the same amount. On this subject, you can find a lot of useful information on official websites. It is also noted that alfalfa seeds lack gluten protein, and, as compared to refined wheat flour, they contain higher levels of protein, fat, and crude dietary fibre Thank you in advance for your help. Sprouts require very little light to grow, and are easy to grow. In a bowl of water, soak for 8 hours. Two times a day, rinse the water with fresh water. A table spoon of salt, an 8oz jar full. Fill a 5 day old jar with a teaspoon of salt every day. I grow 4 jars of sprouts constantly, which go great in sandwiches and salads nearly every time I eat them. I use the plastic wide mouth screen top to grow the sprouts, since it doesn't rust)

The seeds are healthy, fresh, and of good quality. The sprouts are already starting to appear after 24 hours! I will return.
It was an argument between my wife and me as to whether or not I should even bother to grow my own sprouts and boy was I The price of sprouts at the supermarket is about $3 per cup and my argument was, how often do we eat sprouts? I am also not the type to wait 7 days before eating something, but my wife always wins, so I couldn't believe how much seed grew from a cup of seeds after our first sprouts sprouted. It wasn't hard to eat the quart of sprouts within a week because they are so easy to add to salads and sandwiches. Overall, they are an easy way to get more greens into your diet and they are easy to make. Besides being great to eat, the find is also great to find.
Packaged in sturdy bags, the seeds are safe for transport. It was rare that a seed did not germinate. How long does it take for seeds to sprout? I would say yes! There has never been a sprout I've enjoyed as much as I would buy from them again Here we go!.
Merchandise arrived within a short timeframe. It was a bit too much for this first try, but they were kept in the dark for two days to germinate, then exposed to the They are already 2 inches tall when they have been in sunlight for three days. Hopefully, we will be able to harvest in the next few I am looking forward to a delicious salad with crunch.
I love it.
They will receive this as a Christmas gift from me. Having this was a great relief for them. There is no need to worry about it taking up much space, and it's very easy to use.
I loved how easy it was to grow them. The seeds I planted were grown in a hemp mat on my back porch in a covered starter box without any lighting or drainage, as specified in the instructions. I picked them about 9 days after they began to grow and I loved the flavor! There will be more growth in the near future!.
