Very sadly, he passed away too soon. Costas has always provided me with beautiful plants, but I have never ordered so many or for such a cheap price. I could not be more pleased. It is so beautiful and I love how vibrant and gorgeous the colors are. I'm really happy with how it turned out. When buying plants online, you are concerned about quality. However, I have had better luck with Costas than I regret to inform you that this plant sadly died within a week of its However, I have received no response to my letter to Costas for help. Following my review of over 30 days, I updated it to reflect those changes. It did not leave me confused I have no experience with plants, nor do I feel that I am an expert, so I had hoped they would be able to help me figure out why it I will still use Costas, but would like some email customer service if that is possible. After reading other reviews that said “it looks exactly like the picture”, I was expecting it to be in good shape but it HAS REALLY looked just like the picture. There is not a single dead leaf on the tree, but it is about 18 inches tall and full. I think I will separate the trees when I repot them to have them in multiple places Since it is actually a couple trees, I plan to separate them when I repot them. It has been a delicious experience! ) I am thrilled!.
One of the most amazing things I have ordered on My first experience purchasing a plant from Amazon was surprising because the plant was healthy, beautiful and well-loved. I found these plants to be in better shape than the fancy shop with the same plant on the other side of the street that charges three times as much for it. Please take note It didn't take me long to unwrap the package, but there was some dirt on the floor. You just have to make a note of the place you unwrap the package.
This isn't inherently bad, I just don't think it's right either. Nevertheless, I was surprised by how mangled the package was and I'm sure it was damaged in It was nice of the seller to include a bamboo stick, which, unfortunately, broke in half when I received it. It was difficult to remove the soil from the bag and box by hand because the soil was falling out of the bottom of the box everywhere. Because the box and bag were shaped like this, it was difficult to remove the soil. The refund was overall a good result for me so I can live with it. It was hot, so I tried taking it outside to unpack it since there was a lot of soil all over the floor. The plant container that I attempted to set down just fell over, as well as the rest of the soil that was at the base of the plant. My solution was just to put it back into place, add some soil from another pot, and prop the container up in the hope that it would do well. The plant itself is very impressive, but some of the leaves are I personally think it would have been great if there didn't seem to be such a mess, and I think it would be even better if better ways of transporting it could be found.
When it arrived, it was pretty much as I expected. To get used to the new environment, I allowed it to remain in the container for a couple of weeks. Some of the leaves were starting to yellow when it was delivered within a few days, several more turned yellow and started to fall My first thought was that it was just from the shock of travel. I was wrong! I had reached the end of the road. Repotting it did not help, so I decided to try a new seed. I am gagging. This was the worst odor I have ever noticed. The roots were rotten, full of gnats and some kind of worm, and no one could take their eyes off of them. Vomiting was the only thing I could do because I was so sick of Tossing it in the dumpster, I placed it in a plastic bag, tied the top and threw it away. As this was my first order from this company, I will not order from them in the future. It is true that I am an avid gardener I have a lot of indoor plants that are all very healthy and are doing well. Due to my worry this plant might infect my other plants, I haven't seen any bugs on any of my other plants so far. In fact, I also repotted two other plants and there didn't seem to be any problems in the soil, so I'm grateful that none of them appeared to be.

After spraying it with soap, I decided not to use it It was eventually decided to throw the remaining plants in the trash because the plant had been treated with an insecticide. My other plants, however, were all still alive, so I wanted to protect them. As I said, I gave it one star because it looked great when I received it, but rapidly declined shortly thereafter.

Neither my husband nor I are in good health, so we have both been in quarantine since It would be nice if we had some plants to brighten up our home. To get the basket planter container with the plant, I paid an additional fee for what I thought was already a very expensive price. In reality, the one I got is very different from what I was expecting. I was horrified to find that the dirt from the pot poured right over the top of the lopsided, cheap basket. The dirt made a mess all over the floor, making my home look untidy. It is worse than nothing to have the basket.
