Because they're floaters, they don't need to be planted.
My order arrived last week, and I immediately installed them in my lined pond. They appear to be yellowish so far. I'm hoping they'll begin to grow soon.
When it was around 50 degrees outside, I put mine in. They've all passed away. br>They are unaffected by the fountain.
Yes! In less than 15 minutes, my seven comets can consume all of the roots as well as a portion of the pods. So I keep a water plant nursery somewhere else so that I can treat them with water Hyacinth on a weekly basis.

I'm not sure I want to bring any inside for the winter, so I'll have to wait until spring to buy more. Just don't dump it in a public pond or other body of water. They're intrusive, and in some states, they're even illegal.
One seemed to be in good shape. 1 appeared to be on his deathbed. They ended up in my lake thanks to my efforts. They've been in their new home for about 6 weeks and are settling in. What's strange is that my plants have changed from floating water plants to ground plants. See pics. They aren't exactly dead, but they aren't exactly alive either.
The plants came in a small box with a Fragile and Heat Avoidance warning on it. The plants, unfortunately, were in poor condition. One was a dark brown color, and the other two were in bad shape. I immediately placed them in the pond, and two weeks later, all three have turned brown and appear to be dead. There wasn't a lot of bang for your buck, and the packaging was as basic as it gets.
Parasitic red worms had infested the plants. All of my fish died within two days of being placed in my pond.
It is simple to maintain. There was no acclimatization time for these plants, and there was no die-off. I trimmed the yellowing leaves and then left them alone. They've started reproducing already. After only a few weeks, I've already gotten one new baby plant. Another is on the verge of being removed. Plants that are in good health. I don't believe it will be difficult to keep them alive. All I have to do now is keep them from completely engulfing my pond. Excellent trader. Plants of high quality!.
When they arrived, they were not only dead, but also decayed. In my fish pond, they reeked of rottenness, turned gray, and crumbled. They were delivered to me, and I picked them up right away. These should not be included in my bill.
They arrived, a little battered, and I was concerned, but the investment was small, so I simply dropped them into my 'pond,' where they have been floating for a couple of weeks. Plants that are the easiest to grow I've ever seen! br>br>Wait, there's more! They're doing fantastically well - They're multiplying, and their root system has grown to enormous proportions! However, there haven't been any blooms yet (hopefully soon!). ) They're popular with the fish, and I believe they're also helping to clear the water. The plants have made me very happy. br>br>In order to put things in perspective - I live in Southern California and have them in a location where they get about 6 hours of direct sunlight per day and it is pleasant weather - Temperatures ranged from 62 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. 85F.
My goldfish needed some shade, so I ordered these for my small ornamental fish pond, which is in full sun all day. Where I live, aquatic plants are extremely difficult to come by; pet stores and landscaping supply stores no longer stock them. So I came across these on this website and placed an order for them. They're a little pricey for the size, but I suppose beggars can't be choosers. I knew they'd grow and multiply, but I had hoped for larger plants from the start; however, they were healthy and didn't suffer too much damage during shipping. I'd buy from them again if the opportunity presented itself.
