I wouldn't mount them on the vinyl siding without going through the plywood sheathing because they are heavy enough.

Make an appointment with the firm. My husband dialed their number to inquire about something.
The tops of three of the four sides are technically beveled. One of the long sides is flat, allowing it to fit flush against a wall. On the one hand, there isn't much of a difference between the two sides- However, they are not identical.

Fantastic planters, fantastic planters, fantastic planters, fantastic planters, fantastic planters Excellent workmanship. Gorgeous. Sturdy. I couldn't be more pleased. I have four of these, three on a bay window off the dining room and one for the potting shed that I couldn't resist. As I continue to renovate the house, I'll be back for more. H Potter products are truly exceptional; they are not inexpensive, but they are well worth the investment. Everyone who comes here has commented on them and asked where I got them (including a lot of contractors who work on some very expensive homes).
This is a lovely flower box, and the 36" box we bought is plenty big enough for a big bouquet. The hardware provided will work with the wood screws provided for those installing into 2x4s. If you're installing into brick or cement, the long plastic sleeves that come with the kit will come in handy. We needed to buy bolts, washers, and lock nuts to install through a 5/8" plywood backing board in our case, which we were happy to do for our more unusual installation. br>br>My only criticism is that it is more difficult to install: The middle brace must be placed OFF-CENTER in order for the box to fit into the frame. It's not in the middle, and it's clearly off-kilter. Because the brace extends forward of the flower box when it is installed into the frame, it will be in the center. We thought we could get away without the center brace, but the weight of the box, once filled, was enough to flex the two outer supports. Apart from that, we're very happy, and we're hoping that the overabundance of flowers will hide it.
This window box is one of my favorites. It was a bit on the pricey side, but the quality was well worth it. It's made of copper and stainless steel and doesn't need a Coco liner, so it'll last a long time. Every year, that adds up to a lot of money. It appears to be excellent. I hung it outside my bathroom window, and the plants are flourishing. I'm so glad I waited and saved and ended up with this one. It is something I strongly suggest. It also comes with extremely sturdy mounting brackets.
in the literal sense I couldn't seem to find one that I liked enough to cut holes in my siding for. BUT LOOK AT THESE BOXES! I can't express how much I adore them and can't wait to hang them! They're of good quality and have a pleasant weight to them. This isn't a flimsy structure. Copper has a 'rainbow-like' appearance to it. This is the best purchase I have made in a LONG time!! It has an oil slick' patina and I know it will only get better with time!! The only drawback I can think of is that a video clip on mounting would be fantastic. There are video descriptions of the items, but no mounting instructions. There is a paper that explains how to do it, but I found it a little confusing. (However, it's possible that it's just me!) lol ).
It's no different with this window box. In our dining room, I already had three of these hung beneath a bay window. When I came across this box for a great price, I knew I had to have it. It was impossible for me to say no. This fourth box is hung beneath the window of my garden shed. These window boxes are absolutely stunning. Every visitor to our yard comments on them and inquires as to where I purchased them. When I had them installed, even my husband, who rarely notices things like this, commented on how nice they were. H Potter creates beautiful garden decor.
I had to contact the manufacturer for clarification on the installation instructions, and all they did was send me the chart that came with the box, which was not very helpful. br>There's plenty of room for a lot of plants, and it's such a lovely window box that will last for years.
On a busy street where things tend to vanish overnight, I needed something very sturdy. This is very securely attached, and there has been no corrosion after a couple of years. She is frequently complimented.
I splurged on this; it isn't the cheapest option, but it is a functional piece of art and money well spent in my opinion. It's easy to drain. I put six plastic containers in there, and when they bloom, the art will be doubled.
