I ordered two of these without realizing they didn't come with the required hanging hardware. Because of the price, I assumed they were all in one package. br>br>After they arrived with nothing to hang them on, I reluctantly returned and ordered the pieces individually. When THOSE arrived, they were still unusable due to the fact that our railing was still too wide, so I ordered some similar webbing and sewed some extra length onto the hangers. They were finally able to connect. br>br>As a result, I ended up spending a lot more money than I anticipated, but I do like the final result. Would I buy these again if I knew how much time and money they'd take in total? No, I doubt it. I'm not going to think about it right now; instead, I'm going to try to enjoy the flower-filled spring and summer!.

These planters have piqued my interest to the point where I want to replace all of my planters and never use a traditional plant pot again. I've never used planters like this before, despite the fact that I've had plants, both indoor and outdoor, for almost my entire life! I adore these planters! I was skeptical at first, but now that I've had my planters outside on the balcony for a few weeks, they're doing fantastic. My husband is now involved, and the plants are extremely happy, drinking the water and enjoying their new life. He keeps an eye on those gauges and reminds me to water the plants when they get low. It's a great joke. He enjoys keeping an eye on those indicators and reminding me when it's watering time. My husband has never been interested in plants before. That's a lot of fun for me. I have some lovely planters that are a mix of sedums and herbs, and they're a lot of fun! The plants are also exploding in size! You can imagine how dry the containers can get when I'm in Las Vegas. These planters are perfect for the job.

Although this is a good product, even if you purchase the all-in-one package, as I did, the brackets to hang them are not included. Please correct this. Thank you very much. For what it is, the product is deceptively labeled. It's the same price as the Glowpear brand you see on here for a little north of $100 when you combine the box and the brackets you'll need, and without the straps it won't fit my balcony ledge.

The Lechuza self-portrait is one of my favorites. I've ordered several more planters in various sizes and colors because I enjoy watering them so much. I'm growing herbs in them. The self- When you're not home to water your plants for weeks at a time, the watering feature (which only works once your plants have established roots) is a lifesaver.

These planters are pricey, and the hanging hardware must be purchased separately, but they are clearly well designed. The planter comes with an insert that makes it simple to put together and take apart. There's also a small gauge for checking the water level, as well as filler gravel that allows water to diffuse. The plastic is of good quality and will last for a long time. Mine has been exposed to direct sunlight for several weeks and shows no signs of warping. My only complaints are the price and my irrational fear of the hanging hardware. (To be clear, these hang remarkably well in difficult conditions, much to my surprise. ) ) I was so impressed that I placed another order.

Shortly after purchasing these boxes, I had to leave town for two weeks on short notice. My plants had almost reached maturity. The plants were still in good shape when I got back. These planter boxes are made of heavy-duty plastic. They're fantastic.

Yes, for a window box, they're quite pricey. I was sold on this product because of the excellent craftsmanship and self-watering mechanism, and I intend to purchase some regular Lechuza planters for my front steps. After a few months of use, I'll rewrite my review.
