It is great to see the planters. The size is lovely, but I'd hang it with command strips or with the use of a strong There is terrible hardware included with the game. I wasn't able to put the planters on and the hooks broke when trying to attach them. It would be a nightmare to change water. The command strips were just hung up on command strips after I pulled them out. Fortunately, they are doing well.
There was one that broke right away. While the glass is quite thin, they do look nice. My vase filler cracked immediately as soon as I took it out of the package and put the vase fillers in it (carefully). They are also unevenly drilled so the holes need to be filled in- The majority of the stickers are positioned correctly on the flat back of the glass, but some are placed on the curvature of the glass. As I have not yet hung them up, I'm not sure how that will affect hanging them up, but it speaks to the quality of the terrariums. *Update It is good to have such helpful customer service! They issued a partial refund for the broken terrarium, and I actually decided to hang them up. I really like them! When I order the air plants that I will be putting inside them, I will add a photo.
I love you! It's so easy! Just buy them! In some reviews, the hooks are described as ugly and the sticks are instead of the 3m ones. I went back and forth on these because some people got nasty hooks. Additionally, people were concerned with the 4 nails per hooks on the hooks, so they were concerned about leaving holes in the walls of their rental units. Hopefully the photos I provided will put all those concerns at ease. I have one picture of where I mounted the hook too high and had to lower it. You can barely make out the holes I filled with regular When I'm looking for hooks, I can barely see them since there are no hooks in my room once I have plants in the vases. Since my walls are white, I can barely see the hooks even when I can see This type of hook is much easier to use than some 3M tape, especially since I live in California. The vases themselves are quite lightweight, but I wouldn't trust tape to hold them up with water in them, even though the vases themselves are extremely fragile. Please let me know if you need any help in making a decision after viewing the photos.
The cats I have are better than any herbicide known to man, so I needed to find a way to preserve plants, but prevent them from being touched. My only issue had been that the hooks that came with them stood out far too much against my walls, and I was worried that they would leave marks when removed instead of using some clear command hooks, I just used some clear command variables. (Gently) putting in the pebbles, water, and plants, then hanging them, was no problem at all. It brightens up my room (literally. These are glow in the dark pebbles) and let me plant plants where my cats cannot reach These are the only three that I have used In order to use the other hooks, I will first ensure the command hooks will be strong enough to hold them long-term.
My obsession with these is so strong that I bought one set for my living room and another.
They are very small, but cute nonetheless. It is large enough to fit some rocks and an air plant. A very thin glass needs to be handled with care!.
I love them. It looks great, but the mounting hardware detracts from the overall effect. It would be best to use hooks that are less obvious.
These items do not win me over as much as I love the concept. "No Mark" hangers are available at any hardware store. By hammering four nails instead of one it's basically as if you're going to drive four nails. As of now, I have two hangers up on the wall and am not sure how I will remove them It is also almost impossible to fit a large hook into When I put water in them, I can't take them off the hooks. I can already see how doing a water change will be challenging. In summary, I'd suggest that you don't use these if you rent (like we do) and that you make sure you're clear about what you're setting up in them and where they will go.
