Ours have a top diameter of 6 inches and a bottom diameter of about 5 inches. I'm 6 and a half inches tall. Ours are great; the first shipment had two of the four broken, but the replacement was perfect; nice pots.
Right now, I'm growing succulents in pots. I believe the size is appropriate for herbs and is safe. You can transplant the herbs to a larger pot if they grow too large for the 6" pots.
Yes, it'll work. Each of these pots has a diameter of 6 inches and a depth of 6 inches. They're a lot bigger in person than they appear in the photos.

I had to trim the container in which my plants were placed, but they are fantastic for the price!.
Good value for money, well-packaged pots, and on-time delivery. Nothing, however, is more aggravating than getting something wrong. The patterns on the outside of two of the pots were identical. One of the most intriguing patterns is also missing from my collection! What a let down! I'm not going to waste any more resources, so I'm going to cancel this order. I also need to get my plants into pots as soon as possible. But I really wanted this set to be made up of a variety of pots, especially because I planned to group them together at home. This is deserving of a one-star reduction.
These pots were a favorite of mine. They're the ideal size for medium-sized people. plants of a large size They're not fragile, but they're light and airy. They have a lot of drainage holes, so they're ideal for plants that need to be well-drained. The four different patterns are all lovely, and it's a lot of fun to keep the size/shape consistent while varying the pattern. However. One of the pots in the first set I ordered was broken. I loved the pots so much that I reordered them after receiving the replacement set in perfect condition. Four of the pots in the third set I received were shattered. Two of the pots in the fourth set I received were cracked. So far, only one of the four sets I've received has arrived undamaged, which seems like such a waste of a good product to have them break in transit so frequently.
The pot has a small drain hole, but it is ineffective at draining water. It also holds an excessive amount of water due to the debth. I use a chunky potting mix, and all of the plants in these containers developed root rot, which I had to cut off and transplant into a smaller container. The nursery pot will fit inside most 6 inch pots, but not these unless your pot is around 5. 75 inches in length You might think it's a problem with overwatering on my part. All of my other plants in various pots, on the other hand, are flourishing. This pot would be better if it were 2 inches shorter, had a larger diameter, and had a larger drainage hole, in my opinion. I'm not going to buy anything else from you.

I only got three of the four patterns, as mentioned by someone else. However, these are high-quality planters with a nice appearance. They were exactly the size I expected, and I was delighted to be able to repot a few of my plants into them. They add a lot of style to my kitchen. If I had gotten all four unique patterns, I would have given it five stars. The one where the pattern changes in the middle is the one that's missing. Two of the horizontally striped ones were sent to me.
They are not attached, which makes them ideal for bottom water violets. The size is PERFECT for my requirements. Imagine a 7" clay pot, except I don't think these will mildew the same way clay does. The only way to know is to wait.
Both orchids and amaryllis needed to be in 6" pots. This is ideal - They're all six inches tall. They're packaged in a styrofoam box designed specifically for them. The best packaging I've ever seen. The 5" plastic cup with the 6" pot is the next larger size and should only be used with sterilized fresh orchid mix and orchids with roots that are leaving the pot they are in. Sterilize by pouring a lot of boiling water through it or microwaving it for 3 minutes. The latter, on the other hand, stinks up the joint - In the garage, I have an old microwave that I use to sterilize planting medium. In transit, the planting medium collects bugs - White flies, fungus gnats, spider mites, and other insects are among them. It's best to sterilize right before planting if at all possible. However, before using, let it cool. Bugs are picked up by all of the brands. even if the packaging is in good condition.
