Questions & Answers
Yes, there is a drainage hole in the bottom of this flowerpot. You can put flowers in it right away.
It's clear that the material is porous, at least as porous as terra cotta. When you water the plant, the pot darkens in a mottled pattern, allowing you to see the moisture seep through. Definitely preferable to plastic.
A drainage hole in the flower pot allows excess impurities to pass through, keeping the plants healthy.

It reminds me of the leaves we used to make in elementary school. I wish I had a better understanding of how to send a picture. I'm 75 years old and don't have much experience with computers. Sorry! Plants are one of my favorite things. The most important aspect of the whole arrangement is the lovely pots in which they are displayed. I believe I've figured out what I need to complete my display and am ready to purchase more. Thank you very much for the complimentary round container.
I'm overjoyed that I was successful in obtaining it. I don't have any regrets. First and foremost, the packaging was flawless; everything about it screams quality, from the box to the counter. What could possibly go wrong once I've placed my prized little plant in its new fantastic home? The world is in perfect order. This was an excellent purchase. It's an expression of creativity.
br>br>I was blown away by the packaging, which was extremely secure and arrived in perfect condition. Other planters I've bought from places like Target haven't always been like this. br>br>As you'd expect from a cement planter, the planter is very sturdy and heavy. I appreciate that there is a drainage hole, as almost every plant requires one to avoid root rot. This also came with a mesh pad to cover the drainage hole, allowing water to drain but preventing soil from escaping. The rubber feet on the bottom add to the planter's functionality, as they prevent it from scratching the bookcase on which the plant is displayed. br>br>I adore the planter's embossed texture; it adds dimension without being too busy. The shade of pink is just right, not too bright. It has a muted matte tone to it. p. br>br>p. br>br>p. br>br>p I used a heart leaf fern to fill this planter.
I really like how this planter looks and feels. It's sturdy and solid, and it looks like it'll last a long time. br>br>It has a drain hole, which any plant keeper knows is necessary, and they even include a fabric drain hole cover to prevent soil from seeping out during watering! br>br>This is my second Potey pot, and I will be ordering more in the future!.
Potey pots are one of my favorite types of pottery. I gave this to my sister as a gift, so I'll have to add a photo. I've seen it, and it's stunning! It arrived in excellent packaging, which ensured that there was no risk of breakage. It's a hit with my sister, who isn't a big fan of plants. yet! It's a big bag with precise measurements. I can't wait to get my hands on another one. This is a special time for me!.
This pot is even more beautiful in person, and it has a substantial weight to it. It was in excellent condition when it arrived. I like the rubber feet and the mesh filter in the drainage hole, which is a little small for a concrete pot that may not release moisture as quickly as a terracotta pot. This could most likely be offset by adding more perlite or vermiculite to your potting mix. My only other suggestion is that a rubber stopper for the drainage hole be included so that customers can use it as a cache pot for semihydro/LECA setups.
This is a lovely pot! To make it easier to remove and water/mist my plants, I prefer to keep them in their grow pots. This is large enough for my plant to stay in its 6 inch grow pot. It has felt on the bottom, which prevents it from scratching my wood table. I did place a small bowl in the bottom of the pot upside down to elevate the plant and make it easier to remove. As you can see in the photo, the plant in the grow pot is a few inches below the top, so placing it in a small bowl helped. It fulfills my requirements perfectly. I'd definitely get more potey pots. I'm almost certain I'll do it. I'm thinking about getting the yellow one.
The pot design has texture so you can trace the outlines of the leaves, but it's smooth on the top rim and has soft pads on the bottom to keep it from slamming against something. I'm excited to put the clippings I've been propagating into the ground!.
