It is fantastic to be able to enjoy my hummingbird feeder, wind chimes, and plants without worrying about my HOA compliance! My assessment of the stand is that it is very sturdy and.
Since I don't have much room for house plants and can't hang them above the windows, I can't hang them above the windows either. I think this is the perfect solution. I love how it turned out.

Although I tried to save some money by using this method, my potted plants are too heavy in their 14" diameter baskets. I've found that just putting one of my large plants on the Hampton Bay model from Home Depot causes it to tip. However, if I had wanted to hold lightweight bird feeders, it would be the perfect solution. What is the point of paying twice as much if you can get the same thing for half the price?

These are quite nice and are working The hanging baskets help me save space by allowing me to arrange several pots vertically instead of scattering them across a surface. Now I have three of them in my possession and have no regrets about purchasing them. In just a few months' time, some of the rubber "O" rings have deteriorated. If you are careful, however, not to swing the arms around too violently, you can get away without using the O rings. In order for the curved arms to maintain their position along the vertical rod, they don't appear to be necessary.
