I was unhappy with the mesh net, although it was a good item overall. Because my nipper was not included in the box that was supposed to come with it. When I reached out, I was told that I needed to return the mesh net before I could Nevertheless, I had no intention of getting Basically, I wanted them to send me the It was a real relief to have the net arrive. As a result, I chopped it up!.
I was not expecting it to look like. It does not resemble the picture at all. If you say it's three feet tall or long as you would say, I thought it would be three feet long. I wanted to dry my garden herbs on it. It's three feet wide. It consists of thyme, rosemary, and similar herbs. There's no other use for it than to dry The size of it is enormous. This is going in the corner of my kitchen where I plan to hang it. There is no. This picture is not at all what I imagined. A playground pool would be about the right size. It is nice that there are little scissors.
My bag was perfect for drying herbs and I appreciated the fact that it had zippered sections with lots of space to store items. Velcro at the top allows it to be wrapped around a rod, or in our case, a broom stick that we taped to the corners of our spare bathroom's shower top. I tried it and it worked excellently! Don't laugh! I liked how the zippers can be removed from the sides and zipped back up if they pull apart. My plant matter dried evenly since the mesh holes were the right size. Regardless, I put a huge piece of foil underneath it just in case anything fell out. Designed to make cleaning up a snap. You should be able to store it for a long time once you are done with it.
In other reviews, it's been noted that the device is huge. For my purposes - drying herbs, flowers and bulbs - this seems to be a good drying medium. is equipped with zippers that close to keep pests out, but the zippers have jammed in two days of use and have popped open to get "off track". While I was able to rezip them to make them work again, if the zippers break, I will be unable to use them. In the long run, I will have to see if it holds up over time. The mesh has fairly large holes in it so if you are drying seeds you will need to use a paper plate on top, and if you want to keep smaller bugs out, you may not be successful. As an added bonus, there are little shears included with the kit. These are one of my favorite toys! Those are the BEST scissors I've ever used for snipping herbs and sprouts.
The space required to dry everything was less, and it Thank you NC HEALTHY GREENS for such a great product.
Big as a mountain! I am a big fan of herbs and these days I have a lot of Catnip, Mint, Purple Ruffled Basil, Lemon balm, and Black Cohosh in my herb garden. Despite having a little space dedicated to propagation, we hope to completely cover our 10 acres with paths lined with flowers and perennial herbs in the near future. We can use these deterrents for the mint and catnip, which may solve some of our curing issues. Clearly, there is a much greater flow of air in these hoods. They sound awesome! I am looking forward to checking.
A large amount of space on each section for mushrooms or herbs to dry. This is hung in my basement, where the humidity is below 40% and the temperature is cool around 57 F. In such an environment, it is easy to dry mushrooms. Once the crackers are dry, the desiccant packs are then sealed in the containers. Additionally, the mushrooms are small without being huge, so that contributes to their ease of eating. It is the perfect way to dry for winter. I love the product. Makes me feel like a pro. Need to get more creative over the summer.
They seem to hold up well, but it's a concern. As I am on my first drying session of rosemary and sage, I can tell you that this is a billion times better than drying on racks in pillowcases and jostling around frequently to allow the herbs to air out. There is a lot in this book, and I am happy I chose to get As I am currently using four of the shelves for drying, I cannot speak to how the shelves would hold up if all of them were As far as I can tell, the rosemary is heavy, and so far, all is good with the weight. This is one form of warranty I hope will last for a long time. My only concern about the zipper is that it would have gotten 5 stars if not for it. No matter how I look at it, I like this because I can easily and efficiently cut my vegetable garden work.
