The product arrived in excellent condition. Everything was pre-assembled, including a little red ribbon taped to the outside (with a note!!) leading to the hardware bag inside. drilled (precisely) Nothing is missing in terms of hardware. Instructions that are well-illustrated and coded. Putting it together was a lot of fun. However, make sure to use a power screwdriver. A nut driver is also required. There was a lot of screwing! Maybe an hour and a half. The only criticism is that the gray metal plates used to connect sections do not match the color of the wood. I have some paint in a similar color to cover it, but it would be nice if they were all the same color. There was also no specific instruction as to where they should be placed. I decided to overlap the two sections, but this necessitated the use of two sets of screws at the overlap's end. As a result, there will be some division. However, not to the point of jeopardizing the integrity of the system as a whole. Overall, a light gold-colored, stable, and well-proportioned piece. Trellis with a variety of colors. I'll put it up with some quickkrete, 4- In the ground, it is 6 inches tall. Overall, it's a very nice piece with only a few minor flaws. After the winter of 2039, I'll update the review to see how it fared.

br>1. The metal braces are not black, as shown in the advertisement, but are unpainted like those in other ads. This is why I chose this trellis over others that were less expensive.
2. There aren't any prerequisites. Brace holes were drilled. The instructions, which I had to download because they weren't included, make no mention of this.
3. Some of the pre-existing The drilled holes on top of the arch are too large (or the washers are too small), allowing the nut and washer to sink into the arch, making it impossible to tighten them sufficiently.

Otherwise, this Arbor Arch is attractive, and what I put together until I discovered the damaged part was simple to put together. Despite the fact that the hardware was not labeled, it was easy to figure out which was which by looking at the graduated sizes and counting the number of pieces. There weren't a lot of different types of hardware to choose from. br>br>While the assembly instructions do not include contact information, the company responded quickly to all of my emails, which I was able to easily attach photos to. To their credit, they were courteous and patient with me, and they did not rest until I was completely satisfied with the final outcome. Despite the fact that the product was damaged when it arrived, I think their customer service is outstanding. They even took my advice into consideration, so hopefully future shipments will arrive in good condition.

It's really added a lot of charm to the entry/exit from our patio to backyard. Apologies for the night photo, but it still does it justice. This is going to be incredible. To stabilize it, I used Sika Pro Select, dug some large holes, and sunk the bottom sections about 4-inches below the surface. 5 inches from the top. This gives you plenty of room to pour concrete or simply lay dirt before securing the trellis. This arbor has made me very happy; It appears to have been placed there on purpose. Solid, long-lasting, and well-designed.

For years, I've been pleading with my husband to get one of these for our front door! We've previously purchased two metal types, both of which rusted and needed to be replaced. There's no way out of this one. I think it's fur wood, and it smells fantastic. It comes with pre-drilled holes, so if my husband and I work on it together, we should be able to finish it in no time. It took about 45 minutes to put together and finish. It's strong and stylish. I'd like to drape beautiful fall-colored vines over the archway. It used to look lovely, but because I had the metal kind and needed to get rid of it, I had to destroy a lot of my lovely vines in the process. I'll have to take a picture once they've fully recovered to show you what I'm talking about. I'm relieved to have finally acquired something substantial that will serve me for many years. We even sprayed it with a water-resistant outdoor spray to keep it looking nice. I recommend putting it in concrete if you live somewhere with strong winds or snow, but because we live in California, we just dug holes in both sides. We're also planning to relocate in a few months and would like to be able to take our furniture with us. I am extremely pleased.

The product arrived undamaged and in good condition. The only problem was that the stain was not uniformly applied to all sides of the arched piece. We'll have to match the stain because it'll be used in our wedding ceremony.

This is a very well-made item. Because it will be exposed to the harsh California sun, I applied three coats of boiled linseed oil after putting it together. This is an excellent purchase that I would recommend to anyone.

If the arbor arrives broken or with missing parts, it does not include any contact information or a phone number. br>br>Inside the box, there were broken wood panels and an arch piece. br>br>It's a decent product, but I'd prefer it if it didn't arrive broken.
