Cutting the plant covers in half makes them more manageable. Approximately 8 ft by 24 ft is the size of the plant cover. It is possible for you to cut the fabric according to your needs.
That's not why I think it wouldn't work. Ideally, if you are on a deck with interlocking slats, you may want to place a blanket or something else under your plants to keep them from getting too cold.
Honestly, I do not know what the answer is. In southeast Texas, it is uncommon to see snow. We have some times of the year when it drops below freezing, so this works nicely.
As a result, I was worried that my plants would be too hot in the heat because these kept my plants safe from frost in the spring.

I bought it as a replacement and it tore immediately. a thin, cheap interfacing fabric, and I swear it is the same material used for interfacings. A large number of Punada Row Covers were needed since I was so happy with it last year. Even though the listing and the photo claim to say Punada, the material delivered has a label that says I need material that is perforated so that it can allow water to penetrate, the material delivered by Remiaway isn't perforated, so it's not suitable for my application. A bar code on the exterior of the bag appears to say Punada, which may have fooled Amazon fulfillment, but the product inside the bag was not the Punada type and bears the Remiaway business name.
