It's a product of the United States. It's made in China and isn't listed by UL. At the very least, it isn't stated on the box, and I couldn't find it in the owner's manual.br>
You should be able to find one on Amazon. Mine hasn't worn out yet, so I haven't had to replace it.

We're getting another for the front yard because we couldn't enjoy our patio after dusk because it was infested with bugs. This zapper attracts ALL bugs, so we can now spend the entire night outside without getting bitten by mosquitos! It's about 15 feet from our back door, and we don't have any bugs anymore!.
When I plugged it in, I immediately heard snap, crackle, and pop. I bought it for pest control on our Arizona patio because I didn't realize there were so many critters there. My neighbor, who uses a different brand, was astounded at how many more pests this model attracted than his. Although it lacks an on/off switch like most zappers, I simply plugged mine into a Christmas light timer, which means I never have to worry about turning it on. This product comes highly recommended by me.

I was also disappointed that despite numerous attempts to contact the product's seller, I received no callback or courtesy response. br>br>When I ordered your product, I had such high hopes and faith in it. I'm happy with my purchase so far. The item was delivered on time and in good shape. The instruction manual is packaged in a very attractive envelope. It's a little more substantial than I had anticipated - However, this is a good thing (especially if it's left out in the wind). When removing the bug trap, you must exercise caution - Especially if there is a lot of debris on the ground. Instead of twisting the bottom tray, it would have been nice if it had a tray with larger sides that slid out or pulled out. br>br>Aside from that, it's a good product at a reasonable price. We'll have to wait and see how well it holds up over time. So far, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others. I gave it four stars because I wished the cord was longer and the unit had an on/off switch. Advantages: br>br>

I bought this for my back patio because the bugs in Texas are so bad that I can't enjoy the outdoors unless I use deet. After a couple of days, I began to hear the zaps and, for the first time in a long time, I was able to unwind in my hammock last night. Helps a great deal. I left my patio door ajar and noticed that no bugs were entering.

This bug zapper has exceeded my expectations. br>br> The components are heavy-duty, despite its light weight. with a thick, rigid polycarbonate top and heavy-gauge stainless-steel frame hanger made of steel The cord is long enough, the bug-attracting bulb is bright enough, and there's a brush for cleaning the shocking grid and a bottom door for easily removing the dead bugs after they've been zapped. Great design, and I'm glad I bought it.
It is very simple to operate this lamp. The bugs will eventually gravitate to the bluish light because it is appealing. The best part is when you hear a zapping sound, which confirms that it's working. It is lightweight and simple to maintain. Place it on or near the table, about three feet from the floor and away from the wall.
