If the head of your Weedeater is bolted on or screwed on, if that's the case, then it should be fine. The Shakespeare comes with a variety of bolts and nuts that can be used with just about any weedeater.

I do yard work as a side job for a few people in the spring and summer, and this head is the best: no tangled lines, no wrapping line around a spool, no bumping the head on the ground. Simply cut your line to the length you desire and insert it. You take it out and replace it with a new section of string when it wears out. It only takes a minute. You can also cut the grass and weeds extremely low because you won't have to worry about your head hitting the ground.
It's simple to use and usually lasts all the way through weed trimming season on our hilly acreage, where it has to be applied directly to the ground to prevent regrowth.
It's wonderful to have this.
It was simple to put together and fit my craftsman trimmer. I prefer the shakespeare trimmer head to the original craftsman trimmer head.
