Questions & Answers

Is it okay if I use it on fake grass?

No way, it'll catch fire.

In a humid climate (Pac.) do you think the color will fade faster? )Will the color wear off if I keep watering the lawn? Thanks?

"Yes," is the response to your query. " I would never buy this product again." I live in Florida and used the product in areas where there were no other options. At night, the grass is stunning. During the day, however, the product is darker than the grass, making some areas of the lawn look ridiculous. When it rains, the color is washed away. When I water the grass, the color is washed away as well.

What is the price per gallon of water?

According to their recommendations, 1 part paint to 6 parts water equals 21. Paint: 5 oz. per gallon of water Make sure to test it first; if you want a lighter color, you can add more water. The most commonly used ratio is 1:6. I would not purchase the sprayer they are selling. It wouldn't spray properly and kept leaking air, and we had nothing but problems with it.

Is it septic-friendly?

When it's dry, it won't bleed or wash away. If that's what you're asking, it's toxic, just like any other paint. This product is perfect for me because I live in a neighborhood where natural green lawns are required all year. So this product makes my full-sun areas green.

Excellent product; I was blown away by how effective it was
5/5

Initially, I used a 6:1 ratio. 1 but it was a little too dim. I worked my way up to a score of 7: 1 and it was the ideal mix. It has so far withstood a couple of rainstorms and is in excellent condition. I'm sure I'll be ordering more. I wish I had known about this much sooner.

I'm so glad I did
5/5

My son was getting married outside at our house in September, following a severe drought. The grass had turned brown and was completely decomposing. Because the photos did not reflect what I wanted, I purchased this product along with a pressurized sprayer. I'm so glad I went! My husband was preoccupied with other wedding preparations, so I did it myself. The lawn looked significantly better, and the application was relatively simple. It doesn't look exactly like real grass, but it's a lot better than what I had before. I did it three days before the wedding because I was afraid it would turn the bottom of the bride's dress green. Staining and tracking into the house are not an issue.

It's still alive, despite the fact that it's turning green
5/5

Hell yea, yea, yea, ye My wife is dissatisfied, but I am ecstatic. The grass on the block is the greenest you'll ever see. On the ratio, I messed up. in place of ten: I completed number one: forty. There was enough paint leftover for a second coat 40: 40 ounces to 4 ounces is the same as 10 ounces to one ounce. In a few weeks, there will be plenty to do again.

However, it is very expensive
4/5

This is the first time I've attempted to paint a yard. It was, however, very straightforward and effective. I have a large yard, but all I wanted done was a section near my house. I only used a little bit of each ingredient to cover as much as possible. It's functional, the color is appealing, and there are no green animals. Because of the high cost of this item, I am unlikely to use it again. This is not a knock on the brand. All in all, this stuff is quite costly. Every year, I wish I could afford to mow the entire lawn.

It appears to be genuine
5/5

We're in the midst of a drought, so we can only give our lawn a small amount of water. I tried out this lawn paint and I really like it! Several of my friends have commented on how natural it appears to be. It's been a month since I put it on, and it's still looking good. We'll have to wait at least another 5 months for any chance of snow (and thus water). I'm waiting to see how long it lasts between applications, but regardless of our drought status, I'm seriously considering cutting down on my summer water consumption and sprucing up my yard with this pant again next year.

We are currently experiencing a severe drought in California
5/5

A couple of years ago, we had our lawn landscaped. We live in San Jose, California, which is currently suffering from a severe drought. We had our lawn landscaped a few years ago, and it turned out to be quite lovely. Now that we're in the midst of the drought, I'm driving up to our house every day and seeing this parched, unsightly lawn. So, my husband had heard that some people in Southern California had painted their lawns. I was opposed to the idea, but he persuaded me to purchase Lawnlift and try it out in the backyard, figuring that since it was pet-friendly and non-toxic, it would be a good test. We had nothing to lose except a few dollars, so why not? I couldn't believe how nice the yard looked after he sprayed it. So we went out and bought more so that we could finish our front yard, and now I enjoy driving up to our house and seeing a lush green lawn. Because our grass was so green, our neighbors, who are also our friends, warned us that we might be reported to the water patrol. They assumed we had installed new lawn in the backyard and were perplexed as to why we would do so during a severe drought. They couldn't believe it was only paint on the lawn. If you want a green lawn that doesn't waste water, I highly recommend Lawnlift.

WAY TOO BLUE IN COLOR! WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY TO It's a fantastic idea to use lawn paint on your lawn
3/5

I thought I'd found a solution to my grass that had been burned out. This product, however, is WAY TOO BLUE in color! It appears to be a fake. br>br>Some brown and yellow dye should be added to this mixture. The colors are noticeably different after I applied it to burned out areas of my lawn. It appears to be a fake. I'd have to apply this to the entire lawn in order for the sections to match. (Frown. )br>br>If you can get the color right, I'll gladly purchase more.

I'm not a fan
3/5

It took a long time for the package to arrive. br>br>2- I believe it is too long. br>br> I believe I received someone's return and that person filled the bottle with water after they used it because the seal on the bottle had been broken. br>br>Due to the seal being broken, a small amount of liquid leaked. Fortunately, it was wrapped in a bag, but it still leaked. br>br>3- if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, this is the place to I didn't even come close to 2000 square feet, which was most likely due to the watered-down crap I was given. I did about 300 square feet at 64 ounces per square foot. Horrible. br>br>Don't get me wrong, it did turn my dead grass green again, but it wasn't as nice as they make it out to be. br>br>It's not something I'd suggest. I won't be purchasing anything else in the future. I'm sure I squandered $50.
