Questions & Answers
This is largely determined by the type of lighting you're using, for example. If you're using 600w hps or larger, you'll need an enclosed hood with 6" ports, a nice 6" inline exhaust fan (I can provide examples if needed), and you'll also want to exhaust that heat directly out of the tent, preferably out of the building, as it will comfortably heat an insulated 1 car garage in the winter. Finally, you'll need an inline duct booster to bring cool air into the tent periodically as well as if and/or when the 82°F. In a 70° climate controlled environment with no active ventilation, I have not logged a temperature exceeding 80° using 6 4Ft T5HO bulbs. Even if there isn't enough heat generated to induce a passive flow, your plants will have CO2 depleted air, which results in slower growth to say the least. You might want to look into yeast fermentation, which, while cheap, adds up over time and is more simple to bring in fresh air.
6" vent holes with drawstrings to keep it closed.
It is not waterproof. Mines were messed up and leaking into the other part, so they sent a replacement floor, which was also messed up.
As stated in the description, this item is 48 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 60 inches tall.

This tent is equipped with a 1200 watt led light.
Pros: br>Neither the zipper nor any of the seams allow light to pass through.
- There are a lot of vent holes, which is convenient for having more options. br>- It's far more durable than the versions with plastic frames! Much more durable. Lol. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product.
- Due to the numbers labeled on each bar, the instructions are terrible. When putting it together, just use your common sense; once I realized the bars were labeled incorrectly, I ignored the instructions.
- The vent hole draw strings do 100% not close. As a result, a small amount of light and heat has been released. (Which may be beneficial to some of you, but my light doesn't emit much heat)br>br>Overall, I'm very picky about everything I buy. If I don't like it, I'm not going to do anything about it. I give it back and look for something more suitable. However, for the price, this is an excellent product with no major flaws.
I received it the next day, and it was very simple to assemble (it took me about 15 minutes). The instructions were well written, and the poles were labeled with letters and numbers for easy placement, making it a breeze to put together. The tent material is stated to be 600D thick, which is difficult to measure but feels quite solid. The observation window is a little too high for my taste because all I can see for now is the tops of my LED panels, but I suppose it will be useful once the plants grow larger because it allows you to check your plants (which you will be doing several times a day) without disturbing the environment, humidity, temperature, etc. The only other tent I've seen with this feature is the Gorilla Grow Tent, which costs $300. The ducting ports are well placed, with a variety of options depending on your setup, and there are two 4" ones on the top and bottom of the back panel for cables and pipes, one 8" on the top right, and two 6" on each lateral panel (one on top and one on bottom). Additionally, on the lower sides, there is a mesh screen. The zipper, at long last: While looking for a new tent, it appeared that most other brands used standard zippers; however, these guys chose the SBS zipper, which is far superior in quality. They're big and strong, but they're a pain to use because they get stuck along the way. To fix this, I simply ran a white candle across the entire length of the zipper, and it now works perfectly; I believe it will last for quite some time, though there are some pinhole light leaks near the zipper area. The stitches, not where the zipper connects to the tent because there is a dual flap to keep the light out, but where the zipper connects to the tent. Overall, I think this tent is well-made. Both cross bars, or "hanging bars," were missing from my package, which was a problem for me. When I contacted the seller, they were extremely responsive and pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this tent to anyone looking for a low-cost, long-lasting tent. When receiving your package, double-check the contents. br>br>I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the VIVOSUN customer service team. All communication was done via email, but they responded to every inquiry within six hours or less, and they were very friendly and easy to work with when it came to finding solutions to my problem. Because many of these tents are of comparable quality (Apollo, Growsun, iPower, Lighthouse — the ones I have), I would strongly recommend these because you can rest assured that they will take care of any issues that may arise. br>br>Strongly suggested. br>br>.
I gave this a "Ok" rating of three stars because of two major issues that I didn't expect to be a problem when purchasing. br>The first is the tent's front window. This patch, like others at other openings in the tent, is supposed to cover up and prevent light leaks, but it doesn't quite fit and doesn't line up properly, leaking light. So I covered everything with duct tape. However, as you open the flap for watering, training your plants, and making changes, the tape (I used 3M industrial black tape) loses its grip as the fabric bends and creases, putting stress on the tape. If you use photosensitive plants like I do, it's especially bad because it can lead to hermaphrodites later in the flowering process. Second, much of the interior is just poorly designed; for example, a lot of black fabric is used inside the tent when what I really need are white and reflective surfaces. The included tool caddy is rather useless for me because it's black with black messing and many of the vents are a dull grey rather than white, but at least not black. Also, the tent bars should most likely be painted white, which I'll have to do after harvest because the green isn't ideal. br>br>I would have rather bought the Apollo and saved $2 haha, a lot less headaches, and my plants would be happier with increased lighting and night cycles.
This most recent one, on the other hand, appears to be. I already own one and am quite pleased with it. However, it appears that the most recent one was not sewn correctly in terms of the main opening. It's difficult to get into because it has tight and loose areas as you zip it up. It's still functional; who knows, it might even break in. Overall, I'm pleased with the vivosuns tents. br>br>The newest tent is on the right, and it's the only one in the third photo. br>br>The looseness around the zipper in several places can be seen in the third photo. br>br>Since then, Vivosun has contacted me, demonstrating excellent customer service and a clear concern for the quality of their products. A buyer who has previously purchased from a seller will do so again.
I was able to squeeze a 48" T5 into the space. This tent has a 6 bulb light that fits perfectly. It was simple to put together and appears to be quite durable. This tent should last me a long time. I'm using it to sex cannabis plants and for Veg. This tent comes highly recommended by me for anyone looking to veg 6 - 8 hours a day. 8 plants in a 200cc container - Pots with a volume of 400 cc It has some nice features and is well-designed. I'd make another purchase. Vivosun has done an excellent job with this, as well as many of their other products, at an affordable price. I am confident that I will do business with them again. br>br>If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words.
