I have been using them for many There is an actual customer service telephone number you can call for any questions you have. The logo from AC Infinity is nowhere to be found on any of my rope ratchets. I understand you want the logo of ac infinity on all of them. They are all from ac infinity and they are backed by excellent customer service. Thanks for your good work! I didn't buy the product because the logo is nice, but I did buy it because of the company's excellent customer service.

The equipment I need to hang my lights and other equipment are clips since I am a first-time grower. The clips are easy to use, they've been much easier than all the others I've used. It was a great choice to invest in ALL AC Infinity products, including the grow tents, carbon scrubber, inline fan, controller, heating mat for seedlings, etc. The AC Infinity brand is awesome and I would recommend it A price that cannot be beat, along with a well designed product. I am completely in love with this.
You can use rope hangers in so many different ways. The products I purchased were intended for use in my greenhouse and they work very well. Furthermore, I have used one set of metal hooks to hang a toddler bed that is not used very often and I needed to store it somewhere. I use these ropes to hang the bed over my chest freezer so I can store it out of the way. If they are being used for draping a bed that is used to sleep on or sit on, I would not recommend they be used. My purchase price was the standard Amazon price the day I purchased the item. As you know, I had high expectations for this order because I own one AC Infinity rope hanger and it is fantastic and much better than the cheap rope hangers I have bought in the past. I am sorry to inform you that the product that is being advertised is not an authentic AC Infinity hanger at all. It looks nothing like the hangers you can buy at your local hardware store for a couple bucks. In the photographs, there is a logo for AC Infinity, but these don't have that. Pictures depict a totally different hanger than what the actual hanger looks like. As well as the rope being completely different, the other AC Infinity rope hanger I bought at the store is completely different as well. Despite the fact that I have no idea what I just received, it is not As I stated above, I'm going to contact Amazon to try to arrange a resolution to this issue as I am already behind how I planned, and now I'm just in a big mess in relation to my project. It worked perfect for hanging my lights and I had my filter and fan inside the tent so I was able to use the same system for both, although I did not have any room to lift the It remained stable even with the weight of the fan and filter attached.
My hydroponic work has been a great success with this item, I've bought it.
