It is just what other reviews have said about the stitch job being terrible! The tent seams had to be taped with aluminum tape so I used a whole roll to cover every stitch! It is an inefficient use of the thread when compared with the needle they use. With the aluminum tape, I was able to secure it from light. A metal tab holding one of the roof connections on the rafters was not positioned in its place due to holes not being drilled. When I drilled off my own holes, the holes Light leaks can be prevented with the zipper flaps that cover the inside of the zipper. These flaps are too short, measuring about inches. There are 3in flaps that cover the zippers on the gorilla tent because it is 75 inches wide. The smell of chemicals is strong! It was fine after I aired it outside for an hour.
The Velcro covers on the vents and the door window are cool but not much is used them anymore, it is the ducts' job to do that. In addition, the Velcro is a bit of a disappointment since it lets Ok so the tent price is the only reason I didn't throw it away, but I did a lot of My only reservation is that if you get the aluminum tape and have the time to tape all the seams, then I will buy it! It costs a fraction of the price of real Metal zippers are of a good quality and are all metal. Oh, and those who destroyed the box and couldn't return it, they placed signs all over the box that said it had to be returned in the It took me a while to upload the pictures because Amazon wouldn't let me!.
I have investigated many tents over the years, and this one is no exception. I did notice some pinhole light leaks along the top seam due to how tight it is stretched around the frame when fully assembled. The average time is about five minutes A roll of gorilla tape and 10 minutes of time were all it took to fix the problem. It's hard to see why you should avoid it! Even though you can spend twice as much money and get a tent with better construction, given this tent cost me around $100 and a roll of tape cost me $10, I'm quite satisfied. As I suspected, other reviewers have done exactly this and then blamed the company. If you look at the photos, that's not so surprising. They are to be shamed. Because I live in an old colonial house with low ceilings, this tent was a perfect fit for me due to the slightly shorter height. I usually go for tents over 80" in height, but it As far as I know, there are NOT many companies that offer tents that are 4'x4' and under 78" tall. This tent may have been too big, but it had the "water tray insert" at the bottom that did not fit properly. There is a slight difference (few inches) between the size of the card and its ability to fit snugly attached at all four corners, as when I attach at one corner, and pull tight to the opposite, it lets go of the first. There is no room for it. It still fits, covers floor space and keeps water out. Even if I rotated it and tried every way to fit it, they were simply lax about it. It still does its job, keeps water out and does its job well. It was just a minor inconvenience that they need to address. I do believe that you get what you pay for, even though this tent is very much on the cheap side of all tents. Light is leaking through the zipper, as I've seen complaints. In addition to the double flaps on the inside of the zipper, there are also thick mesh curtains to prevent light from coming in two great looking square screened ports at the bottom of the tent that can be opened for ventilation, as well as a duct port with string ties at the bottom. The tent has 5 additional ducting holes at the top, two 6" holes on one side, and one 6" and one 4" hole on the other side. I suppose a few more small duct holes at the bottom would have been nice, but I am good The attached photo shows I'm using a full spectrum LED lighting setup on top of a very large tent, which is heavier than ANY 1000W HPS light fixture that I used to run. In fact, the tent was not able to support the LED setup. While the interior is reflective, I don't believe it is any more or less effective than the interior of any other My only wish is that the string sinches on the ducting holes would have received a little more attention. It has TWO sleeves with sinches per duct hole, which is a big plus. problem I have with them is that you have to roll the material around the string and apply a good amount of effort to close them off from Having them set up the way you want them won't be an issue since once you have them set up how you like them you won't want to mess with them or open and close them very often. In my own opinion, I have been satisfied with this tent since I got it set up. It seems to be comfortable for my plants as well. It's not perfect, so I won't pretend it is. Are they capable of producing a large volume of fantastic crops but are they fully functional? It is true. Take the time to set it up correctly for your needs and don't be afraid to sweat the details. Consider the fact that when you go with the cheapest option, you might have to exert some effort to make it work. Hopefully, you have been able to find the right product from this article. If I were a purchaser, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another since there are a number of other areas where an additional investment would be more valuable.
With a good diagram of how the frame is to be assembled on one side. The phrase "very good ends here, and then you might ask, "why in the world did I purchase this tent when there are so many others to choose I DON'T GET IT - Here are the instructions on how to erect the tent shell. A N O N A. It appears that the single page also refers to putting the tent shell over the frame, and shows bent arrows that point to where the window and door flaps should be closed. It was easy to put the frame together. I had trouble stretching the cover over the frame because there are virtually no written instructions. Therefore, I got the buffalo hide tent skin on backwards (since there are no written instructions). In order to setup the tent, I will probably have to completely disassemble and reassemble it from scratch since THERE ARE NO WRITTEN DIRECTIONS and because the tent is built BACKWARDS and can't be turned around. I think the frame took between 10 and 15 minutes to make. A major reason why this was the case is due to the fact that there were no instructions in writing. There are a few reasons why it was assembled backward, including It is NOT in any way related to it The following instructions are written for assembly There are no hints at all. I think it's a nice furniture item once it's fully assembled, made with high quality materials and construction. Before I can use it, I'll have to figure out how to get inside the tent since I can't reach the The reason for this is Do I remember to mention that no written instructions are provided?.
