I opened the box when I first received the item to find a tent with a box from Amazon in the middle. The box had been opened, taped, and retaped with someone's name and address. The box was opened, and a bag of scissors was not packaged in some way, nor were the black hanging ropes. The quality is good, the zippers are fancy and the accessories are nice. There is a clip on the side of the tent to keep the door open, something I haven't seen in any other tent. Instead of ties to hold the tray in place, velcro is used. You get full size trimmers rather than those tiny cutting blades. Also included is a hydrometer that can be placed where you want in addition to the meter (including AAA batteries) and the trellis has zip ties (8 in. There is one thing I would want to mention, and that is I don't think six inches is enough space for a tent of this size. Modify the program to make it work if you need to. There is a good amount of space taken up by this unit in our spare bedroom (as you can see in the photo, it nearly touches the ceiling) a sheet of plywood serves as a base. If you're having trouble figuring out where the shiny cover should be oriented, just move slowly and use the vent holes for alignment. I've used the scissors and the plant responded well, so it seems that all pieces are working so far. As a result, you will have a lot of extra net, so you will have to trim the extra and maintain tension with things like pipe cleaners. This tent is much better than a vivosun because there are no light leaks. We went with this tent because there was no need to tape it up to ensure the tent.
