I contacted customer service and got a quick response. The postcard they sent me in the package informed me of my concern. I contacted Ohuhu by phone. Upon receiving my email, they responded immediately and offered to send me I received the new one within a week! It's simple, fast, and hassle-free! A customer was satisfied and was able to resolve the matter after they responded quickly and backed up their product (two things that are unusual in today's world). In light of these factors, I would have no problem purchasing their product again. I'm in love with this! I can use it under my seedling trays because it's the right size. As I mentioned previously, I used it to start all of the seedlings for the season. I will use it again in about a month or two to start cactus seeds. There is a little bit of a problem switching between Fahrenheit and Celsius, but I'm pretty confident that is The plants will definitely get started indoors before the last frost next season since I'm already planning on buying more.

This controller works fine, but I only heat up half of the mat when I use it with two other devices. Leaving for home in a few days. In addition, I decided to exchange the unit on 4/18/20, and will update when I receive the new pad.
5/13/20 new mat works about the same, with It was quite straightforward to build a plexiglass box to germinate seeds in. I used a clear lid on it and just made sure temperatures were high enough. I removed seeds as soon as they sprouted.

I believe it has 77 on it, if you don't mind calling it that. When the mats are plugged in, it is a balmy 7 degrees F, and neither heat nor radiant materials are produced
Beware to test these things before they expire
And there is no contact information for I am not satisfied with Amazon's return policy since I have bought 4 worthless items that are now past their return deadline.

I use this for my small business - it works great Describe how the setup is set up. My basement is dry (uninsulated), but it is cold in the morning, and I have found that this heating mat has helped me greatly. One way or another, I'll buy 1 Let's add 2 more to keep the productivity going!.

It's been 3 days since my return window ended. After having it for a month, it has not even been used yet. A thermostat that came with it reads cold all the time, and the mat does not provide any warmth. When it had worked in the past, over a week ago now, it was perfect for what I needed. My mistake was to give it the benefit of the doubt instead of doing a return as soon as I noticed.
