So I found myself without a trowel. For about a week, I've been less active. I purchased this Kings County Tools trowel set in order to replace my broken trowel, as it did not have a plastic handle or weld. I chose the CFCT trowel with two days shipping since it was estimated to take over a week to arrive, and I was already without a trowel for a week. The old CFCT had been buried in her flower bed within an hour of the new one getting here. I now have 3 trowels after this set arrived less than a week after my first. This trowel felt sturdy and heavy to me because I liked the weight of it. Although I have had it for years, I have no idea what brand it is. With the other two trowels I now have it's the heaviest and also the shallowest.
KCT and CFCT have deeper blades so they are able to In these pictures, you can clearly see that there is a difference between the two in size. One of them is light weight, and the other is a one-step process Pieces are assembled in one piece. The biggest complaint I have (and therefore the 4 star rating) is that the KCT handle is too narrow (about 3/4" wide) so it doesn't fit comfortably in the palms of my medium sized I have a harder time getting a good grip when I have to push hard into the ground because the handle is made entirely of aluminum. So, with the three options, I think the CFCT is the best. handles and light weight makes this a very useful rake for moving soil. Nice size handles with plastic inlay strips for excellent grip and ease of movement. It may however not be ideal if you have tight spaces that you need to use. It's at this point that I switch over The old one will go to my wife. And if it gets lost again, she won't be hurt nearly.
In general, good tools for the garden. I, however, have blisters from using these and would not recommend them if you have large hands. There are other tools that I have broken because they were welded together or had cheaper metal parts and plastic parts. I would pay $10 more if these tools were larger than standard sizes. It makes sense that the materials will last for a long time if my wife uses them, but sadly, I will not.
The money was not worth it. Despite digging small transplant hostas into the soil, the small scoop broke the next day. A large scoop also broke that week to put the new Gunea flowers. (Sorry, I do not have a photo of the larger version. The set has been discarded in the WHY WASTING YOUR MONEY IS A MISTAKE.
We've arrived at the good part. The tool is very sturdy, with a one-piece design, fits perfectly in my hand, and I like it very much. This is a fantastic product, so far I haven't had any complaints about it.
It's a sturdy, light weight, easy to hold gadget. As of yet, everything seems to be going well. The light weight and strength of this tool allows it to be easily held. It is unlikely that they will succeed, which I doubt due to the one-handedness of their Although they have this silly 2-piece construction, I bought new ones anyway, because they are just awesome.
It looks and feels nice. The handles fit easily in the hand, and they are made of heavy material. They're heavy enough to handle the job for which they're designed. The finish on them is good, and they are My recommendation to others would be to use them.
* If you live in a community garden, keep them near. It is certain that others will be envious.
Tools have been built. For my children, I got these expecting they would be too strong for them to break. Everything seems to be going well so far. They are like a solid ice cream scoop to other little spades - far less likely to bend or break.
