Arrived with a pre-written report Use filters. Purchased for grow room but did not use. The product was purchased for a home with pets and pets in an apartment with mold and other strange odors. It is not hooked up the way I want it to be I am still waiting for the In the pre- I like how the filter looks and how it can be cleaned easily. I will return for a full review after I have a better understanding of the situation. Everything was there and there was no rust on it. It killed all odors after the update, and I have washed the prefilter once or twice. I would recommend changing it after one or two washes or every couple of years. I bought it for the exact purpose for which I bought it. If this one stops scrubbing the air, I'm going to buy a new one.

It works very well, especially at this price. Someone apparently thought this was a bad product because some carbon dust got into the shipment, there have to be holes for air to pass through the product as well the charcoal must be crushed up a bit to make more space for air to pass through! As with powder at the bottom of Doritos bags, it is unavoidable and does not affect the product in any way! There may be some slight settling during shipping as well! While it doesn't last as long as other products, it is a lot less expensive, so you can replace it more often. My experience with this filter is limited so I'm not sure how much time it will last me. However, I'm using it along with other filters of different brands and I figure the more filters I've got the longer they'll last me.

They are adequate filters, but they do not completely prevent odors from entering the unit as expected or desired. (Update)
Well done with a second pass through another carbon, so there's one more star for them If you are running a CFM high or smelly species, you may opt for a larger system than what you have anticipated. Overall it worked better than the competition I have tried, however, I think they should keep the smell "quiet," given the cost involved and the fact that it worked I was pulling about 350 CFM through them, so they were not overloaded by flow, but once I added a smaller carbon "upstream" and dropped flow a little, they were more than acceptable. The smell in the house made me realize I didn't want to use a giant scrubber, or run a long route up to the top of the dwelling, or live with it and hope nobody asked what the smell is, so I turned The results will depend on the next run and how things went We will update again if there is a need. A Superlocker is what I use as a stealth micro grower. In the process of becoming more successful, I am increasingly in need of odor control. Aside from the fact that the filter that came with the locker was a joke, I immediately recognized the need for a new one. Previously, I purchased an older version of this filter in January 2019. It blocked completely most of the odor emanating from my grow and diminished the fan noise a bit. Thanks to the reversible cowling, I was able to use it for more than two years. If I bought a Can filter, would I have to pay more for the same amount of.

This is not worth the money I paid for them on April 10, 2019. I noticed the smell the product is supposed to cover up beginning about a week after I purchased them. This date, 5/16/2019, lasted only a month. It is all a joke and all just a joke. What a shame I'm going to have to get another one to replace them. Buying from somebody else will save you money, so be smart and purchase from a third party.

I have spent some of the best money I have ever As a buyer of an older home a little over a year ago and prior owners being smokers, it was helpful in keeping the air odor free while preventing the presence of My eight-inch filter is connected to a six-inch inline fan that can push over 350 cubic feet per minute down the line. I threw all types of odor at this combo and it removed them. During holidays or large gatherings she uses it so it will get rid of any odor left behind by heavy cooking. It only takes a few seconds to place the combo in the corner and let it do its thing.

The first one I received was smashed and the intake flange Due to its poor quality, I sent it back. In the second one, it was bent at the opposite end of It was a minor bend, so I was able to use duct tape to patch the gap the bend left behind. In general, the product seems to work okay, but I get the feeling that a pallet of these things fell off a shelf and a bunch of units got damaged, so they simply shipped them until there was no other option.
