There was a plastic leak in my greenhouse this year, so I had to replace it. It is a warning that the motion of wriggling the wire back and forth to put it on and take it off caused me to wake up the next day with a bad case of tendonitis. So don't overdo it if you can!.
During this year, I will make sure that they are secure. The chicken yard covers a 12 x 24 area that I repurposed from a couple of metal garage tent frames. I also used wiggle wires and channel to strengthen the tent frames. lined the inside of the frames with 36-inch tall pig/cattle panels in order to provide support and ventilation and added metal chicken wire to keep my chickens happy. Later, I was going to build channels 30" from the ground on the outside, so I used I think 1" stainless steel self-beading channels. They worked well! Tap the screws (nice job, they turned out I then cut a part of the old high tunnel plastic to lie over the original Initially I was going to buy plastic on Amazon, but I had enough from the tunnel. The tarp or reinforced plastic sheeting was an option, but I got Since it was against a barn wall, I attached the plastic only to the barn on that end with lumber. I ran a couple of channels up the end frame on the far side. The channel was screwed as far as the bottom, then I bent it to conform to the pipe as I went along and screwed in. The material was flexible and sturdy at the same time. A plastic sheet was attached along the frame along that end. In the meantime, that end is sealed with another cattle panel and nylon poultry netting, but eventually I would like to build a wall with a door so that I can access the end of the barn without having to go through it. As a low-cost solution to get chickens outside under cover with ventilation, but without running the risk of predation, this was a good option.
For my grow house 40x15, I will be using these. Aluminum means it will last for a very long time and is easy to install. A 1/4 self-tap screw was used and a 1/8 drill bit was predrilled. As I purchased the big pack of 60, I was satisfied with the breakdown of prices. I used a 12 mil poly with fibers so it was a bit difficult to install. The bottom line is that I got a large box of 60, and I think the prices are great, it is easy to install, and I do recommend it highly.
Having a good working relationship with him. A box of drill screws was easy to find and I was able to cut them to fit the tube frame of the old shelterlogic shed. In two hours, we converted a pile of metal tubes from the unused shed into a greenhouse by using some 12 mil greenhouse film.
It is very functional and high quality, and I loved the extra wiggle wire that was sent with it.
The product is well made, works as expected, and I would like to order more from the seller when they are ready to sell again, the seller dealt with me through my purchase. In order to make sure I receive my order on time, I called 19 pandemic.
They are easy to use, they're fantastic for greenhouses since you don't need to puncture the plastic and over all, they are a very useful item if you grow in a greenhouse.
I liked it a lot!.
