In order to make the size you want, you have to purchase the bender that makes it. Despite the hoop benders being awesome tools, they are only available in one size. While the sizes on Amazon are limited, you can find all the sizes you need elsewhere on the Internet.
Merchants should get them fulfilled by the end of the day.

To be used with a 1 and 3/8-inch top rail, it is more of a half circle. For a straight side wall, you can install 1 and 5/8 inch posts into the ground in your desired height and then insert the curved top rail into those posts.

The bent device is sturdy, but it is incredibly hard to find a hefty enough base for it to be mounted to for a homeowner. In the end, the hoops had to be bent by building a small table and sinking the legs 18" into the ground to support the table. A brace needs to be invented that attaches to the receiver of a truck to make this bender work. I have only one complaint about the product you don't get any instructions or a paper telling you where to go for instructions on how to use the bender and how to install the hoops or how many braces to use between.
When I bent the first hoop, it was too rounded at the ends for me to get it in. The solution was figured out by someone else on YouTube. Only six inches were cut from the inside end and two feet were left for the outside end which was now straight enough to be inserted into the terminal posts one foot long. Besides making it stronger at the junction, it was also perfect. There was also an instructional video on Youtube that showed how to retake the test Adjust the hoop of the first attempt as it's far too round. If there are people who use 10 foot diameter benders, or perhaps even 12 foot diameter benders, you should make a note of it in that paragraph. By leaving 2 feet behind, we can create an inside edge that is more usable and straight. The rest of the process went smoothly. In order to bend horizontally, I used the truck bed of my 16 foot trailer. The bender came with two bolts with which to attach it to the 2x6 bed. I inserted those into the two holes. As I write this, I am working on the end walls.
He's wonderful! I got him and I'm in love! The purchase of the welder would be a no-brainer for me since I am currently without a welder, and I am trying to figure out the curves, cut and weld everything. In order to get consistency on the bends on smaller EMT, I made a little modification and now I am getting Included in 3/4" EMT is a picture. This adjustable wall mounted mirror is available in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 1". I am grateful for.
When I am working on larger surfaces, it is easier to bend them near perfectly. To bend pipe effectively, the pipe must be placed in the right position in the bender. When force is applied to the tool while bending, it would prevent the tool from twisting. The tool would be more stable as a result. My first project was bent on the weekend and I was able to come up with a good result. I have no idea how to assess how long it will maintain its integrity, but it seems tough to estimate. In the spring, I'll be putting up a couple of 100-foot greenhouses, so I'll have a lot of bends to do. The best thing about Joe is that I'd recommend him to others.
If you get it mounted, it is just as advertised. I used a picknick table (which I had on hand). The only thing to do is feed it in and work it down. It would be my first choice if I were to purchase it again.
It does what it claims to do. That makes sense. Excellent condition considering its age. Scratches and scuffs. Clearly it's been tested several times since it was first released. Reviewers were excited when they saw the reviews. In spite of this, the ground post driver as well as this item were It would be nice if Used Hoop Bender were included rather than How well it works is another matter. I will update the review as soon as the snow clears. It works as advertised. *Update*

*Thank you. A 24'w high tunnel was formed by bending the pipes.
Every piece bent in a smooth, even arch, even though it wasn't an easy task. We did not trim the top of the arch since our width was 11' wide. Everything fit well together then, because we cut off 6" from each arch. It was good to have this tool for this work, but I'm not sure when I'll use it again.
For $90, I would have preferred to have taken my 18 poles to a bender than to symmetrically fix them myself. Additionally, the bends came out a little wider at about 14 feet instead of 12 feet, so I have no idea instructions say to bend every 18 inches, but the video shows the guy only making four bends. And they aren't 18 inches apart either. So to sum it up, its no big deal, but I would've preferred to explore other possibilities.
