China is where the pouch was created. I can't seem to find where it says on the bench.
I'm not sure; I didn't think to check when I purchased it.
This is a VERY solid piece of equipment. When I sit on it, I weigh 180 pounds and it does not rock or sway. I can easily push myself up off the handles and stand up straight.
At least 185 pounds, and possibly more.

I'm a big guy, but sitting on this stool makes me feel secure.
Let's face it, if standing up after kneeling isn't a problem for you, you probably don't need this. Other garden seats are difficult for me to get out of because there is nothing to hold onto. Both the sitting and kneeling handles are at the perfect height to assist you in standing up from either position. The cushion is comfortable, and I don't get knee pain for days after using it, as I do when I don't use one. If you don't have it on a level surface, it can be a little unsteady, but I'm careful and don't lean too far back, so it's not a problem for me. You'll fall if you try to use it on a true incline, so keep it on relatively flat ground and you'll be fine. It isn't intended to provide complete assistance, but rather to provide a small amount of it. Don't do it if it doesn't appear to be safe.
This gardening stool/kneeler is ideal for anyone who has trouble kneeling, needs cushioning while kneeling, or can't kneel and stand up without help. I haven't been able to kneel since having back and hip surgeries three years ago, and allegedly have a knee in desperate need of replacement surgery, but I can kneel comfortably for 20 minutes or so on this auxiliary gardening assistant thanks to cushions with padding thick enough to keep the connecting metal bars between the cushions from jamming into my knees, a feature I was previously skeptical about finding this time despite the numerous positive reviews, altho It was my primary concern when ordering this gardening aid, as I had previously experienced the excruciating discomfort caused by cushions with pitifully thin padding on devices of almost criminally rickety construction. Unlike the others, this kneeler is extremely sturdy, allowing me to get back on my feet in a stable manner simply by using the "feet" (when used as a seat) to push myself up with my arms until I have lifted myself sufficiently to brace myself with one foot on the ground, or the floor when repotting plants indoors as I frequently do. It goes without saying that bare knees and tile floors do not mix. br>br>Despite being a great kneeler, I didn't think this device was very practical as a seat. Because the cushions are so narrow, I started slipping whenever I moved even slightly, and I had to constantly reposition myself on the cushion to avoid uncontrollable slippages in one direction or, worse, falling off backwards. Fortunately, I didn't have to put up with it for long because I have portable lightweight stools for that purpose and didn't purchase the kneeler for that purpose in the first place. If you're looking for a device that can serve as both a chair and a kneeler, make sure you can maintain your balance while seated - Move your arms and torso while doing so - on a bench that is 9" wide br>br>Another feature of this gardening kneeler that I really like is the removable adjustable belt with plenty of tool pockets, which comes in handy when I need to stand and move around or when it's strapped to the kneeler. The various pockets can hold all of the tools and accessories you'll need if you don't have enough hands to carry them all. Overall, with this purchase, I received more than I expected and exactly what I wanted, and I am very pleased.
Awesome! These gardening benches appeal to me a lot. Instead of the dirt digging into my knees, they're a dream to kneel on. I also like how the two aprons can be hung, one on each side, while the bench is used as a kneelerx, with the legs raised and the bench seat on the ground. When you're ready to take a break, flip the kneeler up and it transforms into a bench to sit on while you rest. It also comes with a web belt that you can use to hang the aprons on and belt them to your waist; the person who thought of this was brilliant. I love how a single frame and thick pad can be used to make a gardening kneeler and flops can be used to make a bench, and the gardening aprons can be worn on the legs or in a waist belt.
The legs become handles in this position, making it very easy to get back on your feet. Turn the kneeling stool upright, take a seat, and relax; you'll be at an ideal level to work on your car brakes, replace a tail light bulb, or paint at a low level in this position. any work that needs to be done from a seated position br>This is an item that I adore. Legs are easy to lock in place and release, and they fold flat for easy storage on a shelf or in a closet.
For the garden, I've had one for several years. This one is for inside the house, and I just bought it. This makes it easier for me to get down on the floor, stand up, and take a seat at a low table to work on something.
This item is sturdy and well built, and I like the dual nature of the product. I didn't want anything that wobbled when I stood up from a sitting or kneeling position, as this could cause me to fall. Extra stitching adds to the quality of the removable tool bag. Folding the item takes some practice and a certain amount of strength in your hands. I plan to use it for sitting during the planting season, so folding once or twice to store it in the late fall will not be an issue.
This is exactly what I'm looking for. I bought it to make it easier to get up from kneeling while packing for a move and cleaning the floor on a regular basis. I'm in my mid-seventies, and getting up from kneeling on the floor without assistance is difficult for me; I've also used this as a seat when I need to rest. I like how solid it feels and how well it functions for me.
