I was so excited to get my hands on this product, but I noticed major flaws in the finish during setup. On both sides of this daybed (the outward facing side), there were numerous hand prints and a poor finish application. These can't be removed because they're embedded in the finish. My guess is that the items were handled before the finish had dried. Something that surprised me was that it went unnoticed during the packaging process. I contacted the vendor who had a quick response time, but without seeing the pictures they immediately offered me a 2010% refund (a. 30 dollars or so). I didn't think that was a good deal because this product cost more than $330. I sent them an email back with the photos so they could see how bad it was and they stated 10% refund or return the product at their cost and I felt like I I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of attention to detail and quality control.
This has gotten a lot of positive feedback. The chair is both comfortable and fashionable. Excellent value for money.
This is the ideal couch. is a fantastic choice. However, it's only been a little over a year since I bought it, and the green material has faded horribly. There are some parts that haven't been exposed to the sun and are still the original green, as well as some that are severely faded. It simply appears strange at this point. I also can't seem to locate any replacement cushions or covers.
Concerns about shopping for a patio couch in stores led us to Amazon and this product; I dislike buying furniture online, but the reviews and need for a deck couch compelled me to do so. We unpacked the box and carried all of the pieces to the deck area for assembly. It was simple to set up - With the exception of a couple of brain farts, we were up and running in under 25 minutes - If you really follow the directions, it should only take you 15 minutes. This futon is extremely comfortable, and the best part is that it converts into a bed or a couch in seconds. The cushion covers can also be removed for cleaning. I'm glad we got it, and I'll be sleeping on it after I finish writing this review. We've only had it for a week, but it's been great so far.
I bought it to use as a hammock on my back porch. It works! ) It was simple to assemble; my daughter and I took about 45 minutes to complete it. The only drawback is that it's the ideal spot for my St Bernard to nap and shed her winter coat. UGH! My solution was to cover the cushions with a fitted sheet, then place an outdoor chair on top of the sheet to keep her from lying down there. It's a solidly constructed piece of furniture. It's of good quality and is very comfortable to sit on. I will point out that it is lower to the ground than standard patio chairs, but this was not a consideration for me.
It took me about an hour to put it together on my own (I'm sure it would be much easier if you had a second pair of hands). It only consists of six large pieces that are screwed together. I recommend using your own tools instead of the ones they provided, as the ones they provided were ineffective for me. The cushions are comfortable, and with one arm down, I can stretch out on my patio comfortably (I am 5'6"). br>br>I used a Philips and a small Allen tool left over from another piece of furniture that needed assembly, and they worked fine. br>br> br>br>I debated whether or not it was worth it for a long time before purchasing it, and I'm glad I did. The couch is fantastic.
Although very sturdy and comfortable, the Dark wood has an odd film on it, and the tools included were largely ineffective. It's a good size, and I like the fact that it can be folded. In general, I'm pleased with my purchase.
It is incredibly relaxing. It took me less than 30 minutes to put together. I painted the frame white and plan to change the covering to something softer. It's nice and sturdy, and the kids and I can both relax on it at the same time. However, I really enjoy it.
