Is the color of the cusion turquoise or blue?

Blue is overshadowed by turquoise or teal.

Is it possible for you to clean the pillows?

Yes. I removed the covers from the cushions, washed them, and then replaced them, and they now look fantastic.

Is there any waterproofing/protection on the cushions, or do they need to be scotchguard protected?

I believe they are protected in some way. It's possible that they're already scotch-guarded.

Is it possible to get chair covers for these chairs?

Although I do use a grill cover, I believe this is the case.

The cats are enthralled with their new perch

This chair was supposed to be for people, but I should've known better. It was a mother-daughter project to put this together. We believe the instructions labeled two pieces backwards, but since there are only three of them, we don't think it's a big deal. We swapped sides on four of the pieces and it worked out perfectly. All disposable allen-keys are the same. To put it together, you'll need some wrist strength, but it's not too heavy and doesn't require any amazing balancing acts. It has since survived two strong storms on a covered porch, and the few times the cats allowed me to sit on it, I found it to be quite comfortable.

The chair is very comfortable

It looks fantastic. It's not easy to put together, but it's doable. With two people, things are a lot easier. In some places, the holds don't line up perfectly. The key question is how long it will last, as the hot sun, rain, and fluctuating temperatures may cause the chair to break down. The only way to know is to wait.

For the price, it's a great deal! For my small balcony, I ordered this chair. I wanted a bright color, so that's what I went with. With the wrench included, it's simple to install, and they only use pictures to show you how to do it in the right direction. The blue color is lovely and the seating is very comfortable. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
