The zipper and fabric ripped when I tried to remove the cushions to wash them. It does not make me happy. I'm unable to wash them at the moment, and one of the cushions is broken.
It's stiff in the same way that regular outdoor furniture is. It's not a sunroom style, in my opinion. It appeals to me, but it is unquestionably weather-resistant.
The cushions were on the firmer side when we first got the sofa, but after a few months of use, they've softened, which is becoming irritating (we've only had the sofa for a few months). To keep the cushions from becoming flat, we've had to rotate them (we also have the loveseat). The only thing I don't like about this sofa is how worn out the seat cushions appear to be.
It has to do with the frame's resin structure. I ended up putting a large piece of plywood the same size as the cushion on top of it to give it more support, as the cushion was dipping in the middle otherwise.

I also placed an order for the chairs. The sofa and chairs are a good size, not too small or too flimsy. They're a sturdy piece that came in separate large boxes. The cushion covers have zippers on them, allowing them to be removed for cleaning if necessary. The rattan appears to be genuine. It doesn't appear to be gleaming or low-cost. So far, they've captured my heart!.
I'm disappointed because this wasn't a cheap purchase, and I had hoped to follow up with the matching love seat. I'm hoping to be able to get replacements because I believe the covers' construction is flawed.
This is such a great set! It's appealing, and the fabric appears to be of good quality. The value for money is good. The only drawback is that the seating cushions are a little firm, but this isn't a deal breaker for us (UPDATE: The cushions are initially firm, but after 6 months of use, they have softened considerably and are now far too soft. I have to rotate the cushions frequently to ensure that none of them are overused). Overall, it's an excellent set, and I'm very pleased with it. We also ordered a matching side table (shown) to go with the set, and it turned out to be a good match.
It is lower to the ground than our beloved one, but the double layer of cushions compensates for this and makes it extremely comfortable! Our dogs love it, too! It arrived on time, and we were able to start enjoying it right away! I've ordered the matching side tables, but they won't arrive until the summer. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> We purchased two end tables and are returning them right away. They're shaky, flimsy relics.
The table is attractive and appears to be identical to the photograph. Due to the location of the eight screws, assembly was difficult. Turning the screws with the Allen wrench was extremely difficult due to the tight spaces. Putting it together took more than an hour. The chrome feet were removed because they did not match the rattan table in my opinion. The only other point worth mentioning is that the table's color should be listed as gray rather than glass, and that table reviews should not be mixed in with couch reviews.
I like the look, but. I haven't had the opportunity to put it to good use yet. Two of the screws needed to assemble the table are missing. I'm not sure how to use it. That's nearly two months, not the advertised two to three weeks. One arm of the couch was bent in, and the other had small rips in the ratan. I had no trouble bending my arm backwards. For the time being, it looks good, but the unsightly labels on the pillows must be removed. Although not particularly comfortable, one should expect to pay that price. I'm giving it two stars because of the agonizing wait for the item and the constant delivery date updates, as well as the damage, of course. Apart from that, I give it a 4 out of 5 for appearance and a 2 for functionality. A comfort rating of 5 is given.
So far, I've only received the love seat, and the delivery went very smoothly, and they were very accommodating. br>As for the love seat, it is truly lovely and elegant, even better than I had hoped for, and it looks like a million dollars.
