Questions & Answers

According to a number of people, the seat depth is "short." What are the actual dimensions (width and depth) of the seat?

A height of 42 is considered average. The overall width of the product is 26". The dimensions of the overall depth are 25"*33". Please try to provide more detail. The seat size is 20" x 19" *br>Seat height is 17" *br>Hope Thanks a lot!

Do the backs of the chairs have a contour to them? Can this rocker support a certain amount of weight?

Though I'm not sure you would call it contoured, it's certainly comfortable. When it comes to My hinney is supported by it since I weigh 285 pounds. I was eight pounds. I got 293 in my lap thanks to this Rat Terrier!

Are these chairs designed to support a lot of weight?

Good morning, everyone! * There is no weight limit to the testing of our products. As per ASTM Standards, we test our products. There was no failure in the Polywood Presidential Rocker's impact test as well as in the load test. It dropped 150 lbs ten times from 8" height and passed both tests. In order to qualify for commercial grade status, both of these must be met. For the time being, this is the best standard we can test to. *br> *br>Thank you for your I am Kevin

What is the metal of the hardware? Is it stainless steel?

I am a technical support person for our 18-inch and 19-inch windows machines. With a chrome finish and cosmetic coating, stainless steel 8 has an allochrome 3200+TM finish. It is my pleasure to help. Thank you!

It didn't impress me at all
3/5

Despite the hype, these chairs do not live up to their claims! I was expecting them to be much larger than they actually are. As I read, I was shocked by the size. The seats are shallow and the arms are thinner, so they just give them a smaller look, especially because they are so low to the ground. It's so low to the ground that it makes my 6'0 husband look like he's sitting on a toilet with his knees folded in front of him. I love it! There is also a difference in color, with the black being ashy rather than true Rocking isn't like rocking a normal chair made out of wood. I am having trouble describing it so I will just say that it does not move back and forth but only an inch or two, and it does not Please read this carefully ( hope you get the point). In summary, I will say that it seems easy to put together and I'm interested in the maintenance-free aspect of it if that works out. I think it's a good idea to find a different chair, all things considered. On a side note, if you decide to purchase from Amazon, please wait and watch the price for a while before you decide to commit to it. I bought 2 of these and they dropped the price by $40 in less than a week and they wouldn't adjust it.

The assembler is easy to use and the construction is At Lowe's, we found two rocking chairs for $359 each so that my spouse could have rocking chairs for the front porch
4/5

They were too expensive and I asked what type of wood they were they told me they were polywood like Trex lumber, which I knew. Therefore, I found the Teak ones for $219 each on this website. The seat back and the seat sit a little low for my taste even though I am only 5'9". If it leans back just a few more degrees, the seat would seem to be more comfortable. There isn't much contouring of the seat to your rear or legs, and it is fairly straight. These chairs seemed shorter than those at Lowe's as well. The models I saw at Lowe's are the "Jefferson" models which are also sold on Amazon. Through further research, I realize these are the "Presidential" models, whereas those at Lowe's are the "Presidential" models. As you can see, the width, seat heights, and depths are virtually the same on both, however, the Jefferson's back is about five inches higher. It is true that the Jefferson model conforms more to your legs both in the front and in the It is also different in terms of the look and design. From my experience, after sitting in both, I would say the Jefferson is slightly more comfortable at least to me, but not $140 more comfortable, but everyone's situation is different. As for build quality, I had some reservations about buying these because of the high plastic content and the fact that they are a "rocking" chair. I cannot comment on long term durability but once assembled, they appeared to be very sturdy and were fairly
It only took me about thirty minutes to put together one chair while taking my time. Each chair comes in 9 pieces with sixteen screws, a t-nut, and a nut driver. For manual assembly, a handle hex bit is provided, as well as a hex bit for drill and driver use. It was easy to align the holes and I used my drill to drive them 90% of the way and then I used a t-bit to finish off the job The final tightening is done with the handle. In the event of using the drill all the way, I was afraid that the holes would be stripped out. I was pleased with the packaging and I think the material will last forever if it is kept clean and not busted up. As a final comment, I think I would have preferred the colored ones or white ones over the teak because the color of the colored ones makes you expect them to be a solid color whereas the color of the wood colored ones makes you think there should be some color variation. Although the price difference is significant, I am still happy with what I have. Only one thing you can do to improve the seating arrangement is to add seating cushions like those shown in the short video. My husband enjoyed the product and was pleased that it was within our budget. However, the design could be more comfortable, but overall I'm satisfied with both the product and the price.

It's great to be able to sit in these chairs, as they're comfortable and easy to care for
5/5

It's great to be able to sit in these chairs, as they're comfortable and easy to care for. You can wash them off no matter if you are in the rain or the It is also sturdy enough to withstand the storms we get here in Florida as well as the heavy winds. It was Amazon Warehouse from which I purchased five of these. Almost all of them have been like-new. On the arm, there is a green lizard hanging out! I took a picture of one assembled on my front porch! *)A few words of caution. First, assemblers work better when there is more than one of them. It was me who assembled the first one and my nephew who assembled the rest. Five parts must be aligned in order to work The two are happening pretty We need an extra pair of hands when we are doing something complicated. It took me ten to fifteen minutes for each one to be It is a good idea to have an allen wrench bit on hand for your drill, as the one provided slipped. With the included hand wrench, I have no idea how long these would take to assemble! The second is By looking at the diagrams, it is pretty clear that the longer part of the rocker's runners (the curved ones) go in the back, but be careful not to damage the way they go in. Secondly, you might need to bend the runner when installing to attach it to the upright part (I did so on two of my five pieces). Third Some of these came with twelve longer screws and four shorter screws. The difference is that some have longer screws, while others have shorter ones. In the event that you have obtained more than one chair, you will just need to sort them out and follow the instructions that come with corresponding directions for each screw type depending on the number of screws it contained. I was not aware that the back of the chair (the part with the vertical slats) had a front and rear. As you can see in the picture, the tips of the staples can be seen through the cross piece (see close-up). Truthfully, I forgot I had assembled the first one, and sat in it for about a month without noticing. My first hint of the difference came after I assembled the fourth or fifth set. In two out of five of the papers, the staples are visible at the When I get around to switching those, I'll be sure to do so. I would highly recommend this low-cost, comfortable, and enjoyable gaming experience The kind of rocker where I'll for sure pass it down to my grandchildren (yet to be born)!.

The manufacturer offers a 20 year warranty and the products are made in the Is there anything more you could ask for? A very high quality rocking chair made from organic cotton fabric
5/5

This chair is very solid and the material it is made from is durable and should be able to withstand the weather and abuse for quite some time. We don't have to worry about the paint peeling or fading from exposure to the sun. have noticed a number of complaints about the fasteners and instructions, but I didn't have any issues. The fasteners are heavy duty and I even took a picture of the instructions, which are only in three A picture of all the parts is shown on the other side of the picture. To assemble each chair, it took me a total of 30 minutes. There is nothing more important than a made-in-America product with a 20 year warranty!.
