It looks cheap, but it is not worth the price. I bought one in the store for a little less and it is heavier duty and looks better. This picture appears to be the same as my other, but it's You can't find another one like the one you bought.

The bar has been raised too high

When you do not have a pad on the bar, your tailbone hits it. It is very nice when used with a pad.
