It seems to be 100% waterproof, so is that a guarantee?

The bag does an outstanding job of repelling water, though I am not sure if it's 100% waterproof. I have no doubt that the table will stand up well to all kinds of weather since it has held up well in the past (we left the table with cover outdoors in the last snow and cold season), so I assume it will be just as good as any synthetic fabric can be.

Does the fabric have a bit of stretch? The patio box on my patio measures 51 square feet. Are you sure it will fit? It is 5" wide. ?

Is well suited to the Keter XXL. Note that this does not protect the box from top to bottom/full height, but does protect it during hurricane season. In windy areas, we use bungees on top of our cover to keep the cover in place. Ratcheting bands have been slipped between the hinges to secure the box.
