Water will not leak through the canopy, and the majority of it will drain off the sides. For all of the water to drain, I have to get a pipe and push it in the middle of the canopy, which isn't much.
With a beige canopy, the color is similar to chocolate brown.
It's possible, but it won't be easy.
It comes with a set of clips that aren't very effective. I'm currently using a short bungie cord, but I'm thinking about switching to a gate latch or a strong magnet.

Item arrived in good condition. It's simple to put together by one person. I used clamps and stretch chords to secure each post to a chair. The outside "rafters" were then put together so that it could stand on its own. It took two days for me because I am 75 years old and have bad knees. The instructions were excellent.
Great price and overall size; however, the height was too low for my door, so I added some stone pavers to raise it. In fact, I believe it is more appealing. Three brick stones were added, followed by a top stone. Because the back posts are higher than the front, I left the top stone off so the pergola wouldn't tile forward; it's quite sturdy and hasn't fallen over even in high winds. I haven't yet secured it with bolts. The bottom post will be bolted into the stone, but I'll have to hire a handyman to do that. To construct, you'll need at least two people. It took about a minute. 5 hours.

I bought this as a substitute for the one at Home Depot, which was ostensibly identical but twice the price; one piece was severely dented, and I had to manipulate it to fit it; and I received two of the same piece, which caused things to not line up. br>Each piece is made up of two or three pieces that must be bolted together to achieve the desired length. THOUSANDS OF ALLEN BRAKE BOLTS It would be fine if the holes were properly aligned and the wrench was made of a metal that was stronger than the bolts. By the time I was halfway done, my wrench had stripped. I had to improvise with a different wrench that I had on hand. br>The dent was not a major issue. It's ugly to look at, but that doesn't stop it from working. However, having two pieces that were identical was a real letdown. I didn't want to wait however long it would take to get a replacement, so I just got some self tapping screws and made it work; however, I couldn't use the shade function until that piece was assembled. As a result, I just improvised. It's not difficult to put together, but it is time consuming.
Some of the parts were rusted and bent when they arrived. It was extremely difficult to put together, and the instructions were inadequate. It doesn't appear to be particularly durable, so I'm not sure how long it'll last; it's certainly not worth the money I paid for it. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it appears to be well-made.

It was simple to follow the instructions. It appears to be of good quality, and I am very pleased with it.
Although it appears to be attractive, it is not very durable. It is easily wiggled by my 2-year-old daughter.
It appears to be fantastic. I enjoy it, and the customer service is quick and efficient in resolving my issue.
