The package arrived in good condition, with no signs of shipping damage. It was well packaged. It had good quality components, a nice appearance, and most importantly, it was the right size for my small concrete patio. It only required minor alterations to fit, and the aluminum was relatively easy to work with. Because the entire structure is so light, I'm going to get some concrete screws and anchor the four corners down as soon as possible. I can't wait to be able to relax in the shade on my patio. It took two people to complete. The installation took three hours from start to finish. That's not bad. Amazon, please accept my gratitude.

Here are the results of our measurements! It has a lovely appearance and is a delight to sit in when the sun is shining! It appears to be a little flimsy, but I have yet to encounter any problems with it. br>However, because the delivery box was in perfect condition, it came with minor factory scratches. There are no major blemishes or dents on the surface. br>From the deck to the top of the post cap, which is the highest point, ours measures 89 inches. br>It measures 108 inches one way and 106 inches the other way from outside post to outside post. (We also measured from the tops of the posts)br>The "feet" of the posts measure 6 inches square. br>Each post is 4 inches by 4 inches in size.
And. The top rails protrude 6 inches from the post's exterior. br>I hope this information is useful. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> We've been using it for two months and are very happy with it. There aren't any issues at all! I'm going to give it a five-star rating now. New Update: br>br> It's been two years and it's still going strong and looking brand new. For the winter, we remove the canopy but keep the rest of the structure up. The money was well spent.

However, in the event of bad weather, take the necessary precautions to safeguard your investment. These pergolas are fantastic; they have a very elegant appearance, are light in weight, and are simple to put together. I bought two for my back porch/outdoor kitchen area, and they're fantastic. There are a few drawbacks, however: br>br>
1- If you live in a windy area, you'll need to anchor them down. br>2- They also sway a little in the wind. br>3- One of mine was missing a carabiner to which the canopy is attached (not a big deal; I was able to get by without it). br>4- This is the most important one. I'll start by saying that the damage could have been avoided if I had thought to draw back or remove the canopies when there was a threat of snow (we don't get much snow in South Carolina, so I'll blame it on my ignorance). Because the canopies are unable to support the weight of snow, they must be drawn open or removed entirely. When I got home from work today, both of them had caved in, resulting in bent poles and extensive damage. br>br>I'm not sure how to order replacement parts or if coolaroo monitors these threads, but perhaps someone can assist me in locating replacement parts or determining whether or not any of this is covered by warranty. br>br>Only four stars due to the wind noise and the lack of a carabiner. This is a fantastic product that I wholeheartedly endorse.

This Pergola will be ideal for enclosing our hot tub. I can retract the shade for a nighttime sky view and extend it to keep the sun off the hot tub cover during the day. My wife and I were able to put it together relatively quickly. We didn't use any tools to attack each other: Its weather resistance appeals to me, and it also appears to be attractive.

So I purchased it knowing it would be difficult to put together based on the reviews. The instructions aren't very helpful. But, as everyone else had said, my 17-year-old son and his girlfriend figured it out in about 3 hours. I'm so glad we got it; it's stunning!.

I wouldn't call it 'easy' to put together, but it's very sturdy and looks great. It wasn't the cheapest, but we decided it was well worth the money because of the excellent finish and the high-quality canopy. Mesh material of high quality that will last a decade or longer. This pergola has made me very happy!.

I'm not sure how to upload photos, but one of the pieces arrived with the end crushed. It was only a decorative end, and thankfully, my husband was able to re-use it. Even though tools were used to shape the aluminum, the results were disappointing. I realize it's not a particularly costly item, but it's still a significant sum of money that should arrive in good condition. br>In terms of assembly, the instructions are a bit confusing. My advice is to read the instructions thoroughly before rereading them. I'm no stranger to putting together furniture; in fact, it's one of my superpowers, but this one was particularly challenging, taking two adults, one teenager, and four hours to complete. We had to disassemble and reassemble entire steps TWO TIMES! br>To sum it up, it's a lovely piece that I'm looking forward to enjoying this summer. br>I had a bad taste in my mouth because of the damaged piece and the difficult assembly.

This pergola is fantastic value for money! Pro- The aluminum won't rust, and it'll last for a long time. br> Con- It's a little on the light side. We secured the pergola to paver stones with bolts, and it appears to be holding up well! With just two people, it took only a few hours to put together. The shade is extremely convenient to use because it slides open and closed. My wife was concerned about the appearance, but she is delighted with it. It does not appear to be low-cost, and it is useful. It's important to keep in mind that the price on Amazon changes frequently. We waited until the price was just right!.
