The only damaged leaf on the plant was due to shipping (which is almost always the case when plants are shipped), but I trimmed it off and it is just like new now. The leaves have already begun to grow, and I cannot believe that it's already that time of the year. I can't wait to see how big and beautiful it becomes! You've got a great website!.

The flimsy and cold material they arrived in was a complete disappointment. While I was expecting them to get a little chilly since it is not the best time to get plants, they were so weak and sickly looking that it was obvious they wouldn't last. In order to bring them back to life, I hung them upside down so that the gravity could assist I have no high hopes for them right now since they're hanging upside down. It is my understanding that they won't make it to that point even if I set up the proper conditions at home where they'd have some light and warmth.

The first time I ordered a plant online, I had never found it anywhere locally. I prefer to buy plants in person, and I have looked everywhere – but I had no luck finding these. Although they were well packaged, I nearly had a heart attack when two leaves fell off while I simply tried to unwrap the plastic around them. My major concern for these plants is root rot as a result of the moist soil. So far, the plant appears to be doing well. Bringing this guy into my collection is exciting for me.
I'm very pleased with the result. Thank you for this plant! I am very pleased with it! My assumption was that it might look wimpy and not have many leaves because it was the smallest. Good to know! As it turns out, the plant was quite healthy and robust with about ten or so leaves, to include the baby leaves. Packaging was great and I had the package in a timely manner. It would be a pleasure to do business with them again in the future!.
It is in a window because I don't know how to care for plants so I watered a bit and it gets light from the window. It's worth hoping that it survives!.
My second time ordering from Hirts and I have not been disappointed yet. I ordered a lemon tree as my first item. I am grateful for the shipping as well as how well it handled the cold weather and shipping. I was worried it would have been damaged as the heat pack was not present. There is a lot of moisture in the soil, so hopefully that won't be a problem. I am afraid to stress the situation out and repot now. The only leaf that fell off was when it was unpacked. As you can see from the picture, I pulled out a stem that looked soggy I will update if that helps. To the best of my ability, I am very happy until further notice.
