During the seed's germination period, you will be able to take advantage of the consistent warm temperatures in your house, which will be boosted further by putting the assembled (and pre-cold stratified) kit in the sun. After germinating your seeds, you will want to transplant them outside and that is when you will switch them over to outdoor growing. The giant sequoia makes excellent bonsai, but since they are not tropical, it is not possible to grow them in your home for long periods of time.
There is no ban on giant sequoia seeds in any European country that I am aware of.

We've just had a sprout from one of the seeds! About a week after it emerged, its little head disappeared into the soil. Jamal is the name I gave to him. I highly recommend this product because of its excellent packaging and practical foolproofness. Can you get the best value out of it? couldn't be further from the truth. There are plenty of websites where you can buy 100 seeds for $1. You can however purchase a growkit that contains everything you need to grow This would make a wonderful gift for anyone! I'll probably use them as stocking stuffers next year

It took 18 days before I noticed germination after I took them out of the soil and gave them a grow light. I love how fun it is to care for. This is going to be a beautiful plant when it grows!.
I have sprouted three days thus far. This was a very detailed description. After stratifying the seeds for 20 days, put them in the fridge. Following the directions, I placed the pot in 100F water and a warm place, and by day 15, I had three sprouts. The instructions said germination takes 15-21 days. There were no sprouts on my plant after day 15, so I think it took 45 days. 24 hours a day, I have them under a single CFL.

A seed is included if there are seeds. When I visited redwoods and sequoia forests on the West coast in 2018, I purchased one of these from a gift shop. I gave it to my parents back home in Virginia, and two little trees started to grow. The little ones were so adorable when they were growing up- Each time we visit, there is a little more to learn. To my delight, I found the very same kit here that I needed to begin growing my own sequoia! So I practiced a lot of patience waiting for spring - it was recommended to wait for spring then opened it up to mix the soul and water and nest the seeds. The seeds are there, but where are they? Growing baby trees is made easier with the kit's soil, pebbles, directions, and the home for germinating and growing the seeds. A bag of unsold seeds is also included (opened). The disappointment is immense.
The seeds in my package happened to have six instead of five, which made me super happy and excited to watch them grow and sprout, but none of the seeds were successful. Despite following the instructions, I am fairly certain that it is my own fault. It must have been a mistake on my part. It's just that I had all 6 seeds and not a single seed came up in the drawing. I bought the kit and loved the entire package, with the cylindrical little greenhouse, the sample soil, the white little pebbles for the surface and the 10 sycamore Keeping the soil moist but not soggy during the 20 day process in the refrigerator, placing the container in a warm place with indirect sunlight, keeping the soil moist and well aerated, was exactly how the instructions stated. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this company's product.
Why did I get old dead seeds? This is a case where buyer beware definitely applies. Do you really think that crap seeds will make the world greener for customers who want to make the world greener? However, I am unable to return my money because it appears to be an uncertain process to order seeds online.
