I can't get the cap to screw on tightly

There are leaks. Using this method will not result in a return. The dud I got is probably It is the second time I have used it. The first time I used it was during hive inspection, but the cap didn't seal so soapy water got all over my gloves. The task of inspecting bees becomes more difficult when your hands are full of dead bees. As I thought that I may have been nervous or in a hurry, I tried again today with another hive. After putting the bees in and shaking the hive until all of the bees had fled, I set it aside until I was finished. As soon as I removed my gear, I tried for about 10 minutes to get the cap on tight, but had no luck. I am out of the return period. There are some things you cannot change in life. Beware the seller, as used items cannot be returned. Before you use it, I'm not sure how you are supposed to know whether or not it is defective. I was also told to try plumber's tape to fix the problem. The idea of trying to pack 300 stinging insects into a container is not something I can trust. There is no leak in the item, so it would work just fine.

Currently, it is leaking! I am sure that this would be a valuable tool for conducting annual or semi-annual audits Varroa mite inspections of your colonies should be done annually

As far as I remember, I bought mine last November, but could not use it due to the cold. In the last week, I finally put it to the test. The instructions were easy to follow and the device was very easy to use. All was well until I began to shake. There was no end to the use of rubbing alcohol. My first thought was that I might have crossed some lines A threaded operation. Therefore, I repeat A threaded approach was taken. The same problem as before. Eventually, I managed to get it to slow down - Stopping completely will not stop the problem. My home was already gone when I threw it away. The version that was made. There is no longer a 30-day return window for me as I am many months past that date. It states in the description that it is leak proof. There is no such thing as a miracle.

This is an effective, but leaky product! The tool is good for checking the hives for varroa mites

It is difficult, however, to screw on the lid. There is a tendency for it to leak everywhere. The results were not very good.
