It might not be the best brush for the bees, but I like it. Any brush doesn't seem to be a favorite of bees. of the fabric are soft and pliable, so the bees will not be hurt if you take reasonable care of them. It is as good as any other brush you will find, yes, but it is also more affordable. Since the price was so low, I was a little hesitant. There was no basis for concern.
No matter how hard I try to pretend that they love me and are never going to hurt This is the reason why I love them so much. Word to other princesses on the market. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON INADEQUATE EQUIPMENT ! The bee relocation can be of great help because any brush will agitate the bees. While it's soft, the brush is still sturdy enough to flick those little furious bugs to where you need them. All the best to all the beekeepers out there!.
This is something I would highly recommend! Brushing the bees off of the frames before lifting them is one of the things I do with it. It's been my experience that if you brush slowly and gently, the bees move and are not disturbed. With this method, you can get to the frames without using much smoke, and you'll be gentle to the bees.
I don't think this is a bad product, but our bees HATE it. My four beehives hate it. I've tried it a few times taking it out on each one of them several times and There is no need to use an axe simply slam the corner of the frame on a piece of wood or rock and the bees will fall off.
Bees and their delicate hive structures are not harmed by the soft and gentle bristles of these brushes. Its long handle and bristles make it easy to use, and the brush can be easily gripped while wearing gloves or beekeeping gear. Keep things simple. Don't make things complicated. The bee brush shown here is a simple, cheap tool that works well.
My husband received this item as a gift. At a beekeepers meeting, I learned that using a brush makes the bees overwhelmingly angry and that rolling the queen is to be avoided at all costs. This is actually useful for bees, but not for other animals. I would think it would be ok to use it for brushing off pollen.
This is much better for them, and I no longer feel like I'm going to lose 10 of them every time I open the box to inspect it or feed the queen.
This brush is very nice to me. In contrast, the synthetic bristles don't aggravate the bees as much as the natural bristles on my old brush. Because the synthetic bristles are softer and springier, they prevent the bees from stuck to the frame as long as possible. The new one does not get stuck in the bees as easily as the old one did. The bees will have an easier time overall. In every regard, synthetic bristles prove to be superior to natural ones.
