It took me a long time to decide to purchase this. The PCSR, however, I believe has an anti backflow feature in addition to pressure control. Water cannot drain out of the valve if it is to the left of others when the valve shuts off because of anti backflow. If you have that application, it will save you a lot of money over time. Make sure you confirm with rain bird.

Everything is included in these things and there are plenty of options to choose from. The feature that I like the most is that I can easily adjust each sprinkler by shutting it off. It can drop water quite far (probably 40' at 60 psi) when you use the smallest valve. It's awesome that these things exist.
As described by the author. I received my order one day earlier than expected. There was no explanation for how to adjust the rain bird 5000 plus sprinkler, but I was familiar with how to do it. I just used the one that was in the sprinkler head that I replaced, but I do wish that they included an explanation of how to choose the correct nozzle.

Buying this product is a great decision. I'd like the option of turning off certain sprinkler heads at times (for instance, when cars are parked on my driveway and I don't want to spray them). I found it very easy to install, and I was able to adjust the settings and turn it off very easily. I only had a minor criticism, the instructions were hard to follow on a first try, but after re-reading they were easier to understand It made sense to me after reading the article and trying a few settings.
